I mistakingly ordered from this company…

I mistakingly ordered from this company when I was on the Stryde knee site. How, I don’t know, but order one knee braise. August 6th. The Pearl OU thanked me for my order, I contacted customer support thinking I had made a big mistake, they answered giving me a tracking number and tracking site. After a few emails and a very unsure period I received my knee strap from China on 31st August. It looks ok. But it doesn’t fit around my knee. Meanwhile I managed to order on the stryde website and in four days received two knee straps within four days that do fit. I will certainly check who I am ordering from in the future.
