I accidentally subscribed to Besque oil twice!
I accidentally subscribed to Besque oil twice. When i wrote to them asking them about why I was receiving so many bottles of oil, I was promptly answered by Melissa who was able to cancel the duplicate subscription and pause my order for a couple of months until i am able to use up some of my backlog of product! The request and solution to the problem was so seamless and prompt that I felt compelled to write about how Besque's customer service is as wonderful as their product!! I absolutely swear by Besque oil for moisturizing my skin without feeling oily. It is a wonderful product that I recommend to all of my friends and now i will also be able tell them how responsive Besque's customer service is as well! Thank you, Melissa and Besque!!

Wonderful product!
I love the look and feel of my skin when I apply Besque it makes my skin without making it feel greasy and sticky. I was not crazy about the scent - but it soon dissipates and isn't bothersome at all. I am really looking forward to trying the new shower gel in conjunction with the magic oil to see those results. I am also glad that you are packaging in larger bottles I will save the smaller ones for summer travel. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get rid of crepey skin.

I had a little issue with my first order from Besque. The pump didn’t work correctly. Melissa from Besque customer service was able to help me get this issue resolved and has been great at letting me know what is happening with my replacement bottle every step of the way. I am very dissatisfied with this company . After one delivery of the oil I cancelled my subscription . Money has come out of my bank this month no oil was delivered. I contacted them by email at first was told had no record of me after many emails they found me . Then they delivered another oil they won’t take back even if not open . I would advise anyone to stop the payments from the bank if cancel subscription as I gave them plenty of warning for them not to resend iim now£65 out pocket for something overpriced . I did send you a text on messenger on 26th January asking if you could cancel You make it so hard to cancel . The 1st April was when I emailed you to say I noticed the money came out my bank .

I am loving this both the magic oil and divine 9. Tone has evened out and my skin is clearer than ever. I’ve been a Clinique user for more than 20 years and this is far simpler and I feel like my skins is healing from years of chemicals. Thank you for this product!

Sarah Joy was great in following up a shipping problem that was clearly not Besque's fault. She walked me through multiple steps, with great patience. Really appreciated her help.
Great Product but Customer Service Needs Work
I want to start by saying that I love their products. I tried a subscription and it was not a good fit for me. I wanted to cancel and purchase as needed instead. Besque needs to work on their customer service. My subscription was ultimately cancelled but it did take five emails, a message on their IG account and a negative review here to get it done. Melissa from CS came to my rescue! I hope going forward that their customer service becomes as good as their products.
