I bought a swim spa in September,
Fully paid and now he won’t take my call

My swim spa has been sat at 37 degrees for 4 years without turning off other than to change the water. I recently had a seal start to leak and Andrew fixed it easily and I was surprised the invoice was for so little. I would not touch any other spa company with a barge pole. If you want good reliable kit that’s supported by folks that know what they’re doing then these are the guys.

Andrew and Chris were excellent and the attention to detail on their work whist onsite was commendable. They take care to ask questions about your project and ensure you are happy with the end result. It did take a while for him and the team to get here after placing the order. But after Andrew explained some circumstances out of his control it was completely understandable. Highly recommend

Aquasolus flow swim spa. Exceeds all of our expectations. A swim spa and installation is a big project, so it's worth getting it right. I can't recommend Andrew and Suzanne at Bespoke Swim Spas enough. The amount of knowledge and experience on any type of swim spa or indeed installation is second to none and worth its weight in Gold.
From initial questions, to swim spa trials and case studies. From creative and innovative installations to setting up and aftercare service. Insight into possible pitfalls could save you thousands in the long run.
Swim spa selection can be a minefield. The installation a nightmare, requiring rework. Teething problems could give you a headache. If you don't want to experience any of that, go ahead and order an Aquasolus (in my opinion one of the best value, quality and aesthetics for money there is) order one with Andrew. You won't regret it.

The world of spas is more complex than the aviation industry shocking. Different manufacturers to many sales agents, brokers and no real knowledge passed down to customers.
After doing extensive research, spending my nights searching for the right product going through website after website. I found Andrew and being skeptical initially I sent him a message to gauge his response, his reply was within 10mins whilst his head was under a spa unit in Scotland 10pm in the evening (explains the scuffs on his head when I met him!) At that moment I knew Andrew was the man for the job.
His communication, time management and organisational skills where second to none!

This is the 2nd hot tub that I’ve purchased from Andy. His prices are the most competitive for like for like tubs. If you want a great deal and like not to be paying for expensive overheads which other companies have then definitely give Andy a call

Andrew offers a highly professional service from delivery through to set up of the spa. We purchased a 2 nd hand premium spa and are very happy with the service provided. Extras included steps, cover lifters and chemicals.

We bought a Swimspa and Hot Tub from Andrew, and the delivery and installation were no small feat due to the tricky access and the location we had in mind. But Andrew is a real “can-do” guy — where others might have drawn up endless plans or said it couldn’t be done, Andrew just got on with it and made it happen.

The service was excellent, and the products look fantastic — all at a fraction of the cost compared to others. I’ll admit, the price initially made me question whether it was too good to be true, but there was absolutely nothing to worry about.

I have known Andrew the owner for some 10 years .i have purchased two Swimspa off him the first was 10 years ago I was browsing the internet when I came across his business. I made contact with him to talk about his products after a short time Andrew invited me to his farmhouse (Fantastic place ) also he had said we could try one out .well put all this together it was a great chance to see where he was from and where he does business from .we went up and was pleasantly surprised .Andrew was a very nice guy we had a look and a dip fantastic so we agreed a Swimspa one with a joint hot tub together .As to his agreement he delivered to our address which I must say is in Wiltshire and set me up a treat .4 years went by I was looking to up grade the swim spa so contacted Andrew again who I must say was great and first class told he I was looking for the same model as the one he has. not a problem he said he was sure he could get a buyer for mine ,which he did and the whole thing from my first call to last was great and smooth .this month I had to get rid of spa so called Andrew and he sold it for me and came down to organise the whole thing I can not speak highly enough about the man and his firm ..I recommend him to all that asks me about swim spas

Andrew is very helpful & knowledgeable, not a pushy saleseman at all. Happy to sell you a swimspa that suits your budget, rather than trying to sell you something you can't afford as many of the other companies have. Lots of honest advice. Always at the end of the phone, delivery fantastic and we are all the way down in Cornwall. Fantastic service and great aftercare.

We had to wait for 12 months for our SwimSpa as the supplier sold our SwimSpa to someone else. Andrew kept us updated and when the new swim spa arrived in October 2024 we took delivery. Unfortunately Andrew suffered a bad accident during the installation which stopped him working for a few months. We are now ready to commission our swim spa and are excited to now use it. Andrew has been a true gentleman through the two years that we have worked on this project. Definitely recommend!!!

Do not buy from this man. He will be extremely helpful and professional until he has your money then you will be fobbed off , ignored and given every excuse under the sun. Trading standards fully aware

We bought our swimspa from Andrew in 2019. It was delivered and fitted professionally, we have had no issues until this year, we called him and he came out within 24 hours, identified the problem, ordered parts and it was fixed within the week. Great service.

We bought a swim spa & hot tub from Andrew 5 years ago in 2020, we have been extremely happy with both purchases, Andrew has been back since a couple of times to service them, most recently he visited us 2nd May 2025 we wouldn't have any hesitation to recommended his company. We were very sad to read the negative reviews so please do not be put off by this, Andrew seems to be a busy/popular man and can sometimes be hard to get hold of, however, he always sticks to his word and in our experience has been loyal to us as customers.

I purchased a Swim spa, I did not know much about them. I was shown lots of types and selected the one we required. All installed and full set of instructions given. I have a few visits after showing me how to add salt, maintain the pool and balance the PH levels. We are very happy and would recommend the service provided to others. We were given good advice of what base and clearances required to maintain pool. Very knowledgeable about Swim spas not just sales people

We purchased a Hot tub from Andrew . it was a great experience all round . He came to our house , discussed our requirements , we decided upon the best model, location and ordered it . We put in a concrete base and when this was ready Andrew came with his team , they got it round to the back of our house, and connected it up . They left it warming up . Andrew came back the next day to check it was up to temperature and he showed us how to look after it and control the chemical balance .
The hot tub has been a great asset , all the family enjoy it . When we need more chemicals and replacement filters we just give Andrew a call and he sorts it out . The only issue we have had, was when the cover blew off in a storm and got damaged . Andrew quickly got us a replacement delivered .
He has always provided a professional and efficient service and we recommended him to our neighbours who have also purchased a hot tub from him .
We have been impressed with his knowledge and attentive customer care , you just can't get this great service from larger companies who are just chasing numbers .

I took delivery of my hot tub 4 years ago. Andrew was recommended to me by one of my work colleagues, he certainly delivered a top notch service. Great price, the installation was on a weekend, and what a great product. Love it! The best thing though has been his customer service throughout. I’m writing this review all this time later because he has just been out to replace a fuse for the LED lights, no hassle, rapid service even four years later! The ‘tub has been faultless otherwise. 100% recommend this company.

Not sure who the negative reviews are about but definitely not Andy or this company. We brought a swim spa from Andy and couldn’t be happier. The service was personal and he went above and beyond to ensure we got the right size and specification for our garden. The aftercare follow up was great and the products provided and recommended were first class. I would definitely buy from here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
