Excellent customer service received when I submitted a service request to replace product that had a snap fall off and also needed a larger size since sleeves were shorter than expected. A replacement was immediately processed!!!

I’ve been a regular purchaser from bespoke post for a few years now. They always have fun and great new products and anytime I’ve had an issue (broken item or wrong item) they have quickly replaced it or made it right. Great customer service and answer emails quickly.

The products offered are typically at a lower price when shopping around, if you don't want the subscription box it is very simple to trade for something else or cancel altogether, and the shipping has been fast. The one issue I did have was taken care of immediately via text message. Bespoke Post has been great every time and I will continue to be a customer.

The Customer Service that I experienced from Bespoke was phenomenal. They went out of there to ensure that I received my shipment before our family camping trip, since my shipment contained a vital part of the trip itself. And they did so without charging me anything extra for expedited shipping or a “Hot Order.” Once again, their service was exceptional.

First visit to bespokepost.com offers 15% off your first order when you enter your email address. I enter my email address. No email comes. Next day I ask customer service. Customer service has zero knowledge of such discount, and offers me 10% off. I mull it over, and decide to take a risk. Placed an order 11 days ago, and no shipping update. So again I contact customer service. Today I was informed that there's a delay because they're moving warehouses. Also one of the items is now out of stock. It wasn't when I paid for it..... so why did you sell my items? Save your time, and money. Just another crappy middle-man hocking goods at a premium. Get bent.

When I called I expected a hasel, but the person who helped me was very pleasent and nice. I was able to let him know what had happened and he then gave me the information I needed and so on. I think it was on a Monday that I called but I am not sure.

I have been a member for several years and have never been disappointed with the products or the customer service. I have had to instances where 1. the product had a flaw. I requested an exhachange and was simply shipped a new item. I was told to keep the original
item. I still have them both. 2. A recent Box was shipped but never arrived. I was refunded with no hassle whatsoever.
