I enquired about a bespoke patch for a Cosplay and sent a photo taken from a game which wasn't that good. I was given a price which I accepted, then sent the design. I was really impressed with the patch when it arrived. It was better than I expected. I would highly recommend Bespoke Patches.

My embroidered patches, Which I recently received Bespoke Patches UK, are excellent! They arrived very quickly, the quality is fantastic and the prices were very fair. I would definitely recommend them if you need bespoke patches because it was such as seamless experience.

Excellent and quick customer service

I made a query at 9pm looking for quotes for patches for a small business I'm setting up. Didn't expect service at all at this time of night.

I'm prototyping merchandise for companies in the creative industries and while the price point is certainly out of my reach while I'm making mock ups for items, the prices are certainly fair when bulk buying material.

Will definitely come back to BespokePatches in the future for large orders!

Great service and design work from a very rough mock up sketch a really cool design and detailed artwork and info, Emily and the team were all very helpful and quick at explaining and quoting for different options and quantities - excellent service and will use again - thanks Chris

This company said they are high quality United Kingdom based company, creating Patches in top quality. Using Pantone colors they get the result the client want, yet I specifically told them our brand contains Orange, gave the Pantone colors and still to a very expensive price they made patches that are not quite what they showed(not orange but yellow).
Also UK-based…London, NOPE, they make everything in Pakistan(I had to pay 1/3 of the price in Customs) I wouldn't have ordered from them paying £ If I knew its actually not in UK.
Lastly you get only a receipt and invoice copy IF you contact them to get one, And that also was a struggle, one just hang up, one chat disconnected and the 3rd got it done but said nothing afterwords, so I had to quit the chat. So yeah 2 stars over all(edited 1star, the fact their statement is that they did a correct job and ignore the fact they have an adress that is faulty and pretty much goes under the category of fraud, makes me want to change from 2 stars to one star). And this is quite the : quality:2 stars, (picture color wrong)
price: 1star(hugely over priced(you can get 2products for half the price from Asia),
customer service: 2stars,
Straight up lying on their website and having phony (fake) reviews:-4stars
One star, why? Because I got a product after a lot of fuzz and can't give them -1 stars.

What a palavar. Nowhere do they say the patches come from Pakistan. I must have had about 5 emails asking me to approve the design (which I did the first time) and another 5 asking for my address (ditto). It has taken months for a fairly simple job to be completed and not cheaply either. Steer clear if you want to keep your sanity.

AVOID. Designed 4 chenille patches and wanted to find UK based company to produce larger order as I wanted to sell them online. I ordered 4 samples of chenille patches from bespoke UK. They arrived very quickly, good quality. Encouraged by how engaging they were and pro-active with responding to emails, I ordered further 120 pieces. This was on 11th March. They advised that for the best quality I should wait 25 days. Long story short, they did not arrive within that timeframe, I had to chase them several times. I stressed that I had an launch event on the April 19th and they assured my that I will have them by then. On April 17th, they sent me pictures of finished product, which I immediately noticed did not match to the samples provided in terms of colours and shoddy finish. Some of them appear smaller and font thinner. I kicked off-quite rightly so at this point, fed up with being played around. They said the production passed their quality team check...and they might appear different due to lightening, which is plausible. They said if I authorise the shipment, I will get them on the 19th. I have just given up at this point. I was sent a tracker ID from DHL. It turned out that they were shipped from PAKISTAN with the estimated delivery date April 23rd. I emailed back saying how the hell they expect the delivery from PAKISTAN shipped on the 17th to reach me for the 19th. They replied that this isn't the first time I am ordering from them (??!), and that I was aware of that. No, I wasn't. The whole purpose of finding locally based company is to not having shipped good from abroad. I contacted them twice for refund and attached pictures of discrepancies. Got nothing back. £393 out of pocket and product I will not sell due to adverts that came out featuring original samples, which now don't match to what was sent.

This is the second time I have used this company and if anything, I am even more impressed than last time. The quality of the final product is fantastic, and they managed to turn the bespoke order around very quickly too. And a great price.

Have used them before, will likely use them again. Recommended!

Terrible. Not a company in the UK. No company number, no customer service, uses that awful Tawk To AI thing. Patches absolutely awful. Took two months of wasted time to learn all this.

DO NOT USE!

In fact, any company that uses AI instead of customer service should be avoided. Check for registered company numbers guys!

Ask their AI chat what the registered company number is and it'll tell you it's "confidential" and start getting angry. Then it'll admit to operating illegally.

Update: still no refund, but very evasive staff. Spoke to a woman with an eastern Pakistani accent on the phone who pretended to be in the UK (couldn't tell me what the time was in the UK and got angry at the question), she got very irate with me and said she's not allowed to tell me the company registration number. Their London address is one of those mail forwarding services. Definitely not in the UK. The entire operation is in Pakistan and the patches are definitely not made in the UK.

It's a scam company, do not use.

Note: consistent negative reviews are absolutely indicative of service. Pay attention. They are a overseas company pretending to be in the UK. Note how he focused on embroidered Vs woven in his reply? How about you PROVE you're paying corporation taxes in the UK? How about you stop scamming people. I want my money back.

Edit: April, still no refund from this scam company. Been waiting 3 months now.

do NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these pakistani rip off merchants. The positive reviews you see are clearly fake. Ordered in December its now February still not had anything and they dont even respond to email. There are thousands of online patch manufacturers so seriously avoid these muppets

Don’t bother ordering from them. I placed an order two months ago, approved the designs and mockups within three days after that, and still have not received the patches. In fact, I had to chase them several times for a status update and received vague answers at best. I’m now very close to my deadline and chased them again, and they told me they produced the patches at the wrong size. I don’t have the time to go through this whole process again, so asked them to send these for now and spoke to the customer service team. They don’t accept that the delays are unacceptable and have no intention of producing a second batch at the right size or reimburse me for the wrong order. Terrible customer service! Perhaps interesting to know is that the production is happening in Pakistan, so count international shipping in if you have a tight deadline.

Ordered patches took longer to arrive than mentioned in add . Also I prefer to know what country my order is being made and dispatched from . Patches arrived and I must say the quality is very good and I’m pleased .

On the whole, my experience with Bespoke patches has been great and I will definitely use them again! The only downside was that the order took a little while to come, but they were really good at communicating so I wasn’t too worried. Plus points: the price was very reasonable! The communication throughout was excellent, and the final product is just what I wanted. They really seemed to care about making a nice product for me, so I can easily forgive the delays. These are busy times! Thank you for my wonderful patches.

Very slow service and not very communicative. I had to chase them several times. Their payment portal didn't work and they asked for my address multiple times. I became concerned it was a scam but the patches eventually arrived and were as expected. They were 3 1/2 weeks later than I'd initially been promised though.

Bespoke patches could not have provided a better service. We needed 100 bespoke patches for our volunteer work in Ukraine, with a very quick turnaround as we were leaving for Ukraine 10 days after I first made an enquiry. Emily and the team were incredible - she had a mock-up back to me within 24 hours and had the patches made and posted to the UK - the entire process took only one week, from enquiry to arrival - I was amazed! Emily had brilliant customer service communication - she communicated with me on whatsapp and could not have been more helpful or efficient. The patches are perfectly made and solid quality. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

The level of detail on our patches was incredible and the communication with Eden was very easy and smooth!
Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
