Terrible communication

I have used this company without issue in the past but not this time experience has been terrible and as a result I do not recommend them.

I put an order in on the 4th of August for a Baptism gift .

Goods have not received been and are required as a gift on the 14th of September. I have followed up a number of times but communication is terrible. I did get one response to say goods would be shipped the next day a few days ago but still nothing and order status has not changed. Dispute lodged. Very unhappy customer.
