Order was placed 11/13/2021. As of 1/04/2022 item has not been delivered. A request was sent to Bespoke 3 weeks ago requesting update. Bespoke never responded. Another request was sent and still no update on delivery of item. I would not recommend using Bespoke Souvenirs for any purchases due to their unprofessionalism
I went on Facebook looking around. I came upon Bespoke.com, they have these boxes of things sent each month to you. I signed off there advertisement. This was May 2nd on June 15th they hit my bank account for $48.95 without any notification no email no nothing. This girl named Chelsea said I had to opt out each of the following months, hell I didn't sign up in the first place. Why didn't I receive some notification that I had joined there little club. Because these people are thieves.
