I engaged this service to work on three rooms, starting with two initially and planning to tackle the third later in the year. The experience has been far from satisfactory. The workmanship was poor, and the team was loud and disruptive, which made the process stressful. The team arrived late in the day completing 4 half days instead of 3 full days and, regrettably, did not complete the work as promised.
Significant issues were left unresolved, despite Mohammed's assurances that they would be fixed. The wardrobe and cupboards were misaligned, with drawers catching and appearing wonky. There were noticeable gaps between the wardrobes and the ceiling, and the doors don't close properly. To add to the frustration, three handles were missing.
The team left the work unfinished and only offered to return if we agreed to have them complete 3rd room, despite us having already paid the full price for the two rooms. This approach felt unprofessional and left us feeling dissatisfied with the service provided. I would advise caution if considering this service.

Incredible service from the team at Bespoke Wardrobes. The designer was very responsive, with a very quick turnaround for a site survey, and designs. He was very quick for the revisions as well, as we could not make up our minds. He was very patient and when we finally settled on a design, he mobilised his team very quickly. The installation team showed up on the expected day and the project wrapped up before schedule, which was an unexpected bonus. The experience working with Bespoke Wardrobes was painless and easy, from the initial appointment to the final installation. I highly recommend Bespoke Wardrobes.
