We can install a stunning oak clad staircase, including your treads, risers & stringers. Then, choose from a beautiful sindle or glass-panelled staircase. We use the finest prime-grade European white oak, hand-finished with natural oils and waxes in a choice of colours, all made to order just for you.

Placed an order 4th september

Placed an order 4th september. order 1008, been trying to get tracking details. They said its been dispatched 4 days ago another lie. Called Mike 12th september to get tracking details again. He said he would call back in10 minutes, He never did.
Called 4 times today and no one is answering.
Starting to believe these other reviews are not genuine.
Had to cancel 2 tradesman for doing jobs.
Due to this company.
Ordered flooring elsewhere today, i had no other option.
Now 2 days on, they said ive been refunded. Finance company confirmed no refunds yet. Another lie.
Another 4 days on still no refund. Stay well clear of this company.
