John was really helpful and he even made me a cup of coffee as I am poorly with cancer. He helped me upstairs and made me really comfortable. He explained the work he was carrying out and was a pleasure to meet and very clean an Tidy. 5stars excellent

Engineer John Stamp

The engineer John Stamp was professional and efficient. He was very polite and considerate (I have an indoor cat, and he was mindful of it during his work). He was also very tidy, leaving no mess.

Very polite and helpful engineer above…

Very polite and helpful engineer above and beyond his job. We are elderly and he was extremely helpful fitting a box on a plug for us and telling us he will report all the mould in our home that have been reported several times to Clarion. Not often you get someone so helpful.

Faultless service provided by engineer…

Faultless service provided by engineer Andrew S.
Andrew arrived on time (this was important because I run medical equipment requiring an electricity supply twenty hours a day) and knew to run the tests he would need to turn switches off.
I hardly noticed he was here. He couldn't have been more helpful whilst working quietly and cleanly.
