Never got my package and no customservice that replies.
I've ordered a lot before at Bescards and there is always something wrong with shipment. I never get a track and trace and when I whatsapp or E-mail them I rarely get a responce even after a week.
Now I've ordered 2 things around 200 euro's and I dont hear anything. Even after 1.5 week. Again not on whatsapp or E-mail. They say you get a response in 5 work days. Well I certainly don't.
