TLDR: Do not order

I ordered a pair of shorts and first thought I would exchange, and then realized the cut was unflattering in any size, and requested to return.
This was not possible to switch via their technology platform.

So I messaged (4 times) to have support help me convert from an 'exchange' to a 'return.' No dice. New shorts arrived anyhow.

I think messaged 3 times to have them pay for return shipping (read the fine print, they don't pay under 300 euros), and they literally ghosted me.

Additionally, their first pair of shorts shipped over a week late, spent some enormous amount of time in customs, and the cut was unflattering. Enormous waste of time all around and the opposite of a pleasure to work with.

Save yourself and do not order from this instagram brand.

Company does not refund!

I returned two packages to Berthie and while the USPS ticket states that both packages have been delivered months ago, Berthie still has not paid me back. Further, they told me that they would pay me back if I filed a complaint with USPS stating that the packages have not arrived, even though I can't verify that and both tracking tickets say the packages did arrive. (Note that the packages were sent weeks apart so it's hard to believe that neither arrived.) It looks as if they are trying to pass on costs of returns to the postal carrier to avoid paying back the customer meanwhile. Avoid at any cost!
