Cheaply made, won't last long.

I bought this 90cm Master Series Induction Twin Range Cooker in April 2022.

Two years later, in April 2024, the cooker stopped working because of the induction hob. Luckily, it was still under warranty, I had to wait for more than a month for it to be repaired.
The induction hobs overheated, so the technician added a "feature" to the oven some kind of pipe to help exhaust the heat! If a product is defective because of a design flaw the manufacturer should call it back!

Now 7 months later, November 2024, the bottom of the oven stopped working.

This is just ridiculous, now I am stuck with a cooker that will probably have another problem in 6 months because it’s a defective product that should have been replaced.

The UK customer service doesn't even bother replying to emails.

Totally nightmare

Bought an oven unit with 6 gas burners and 2 electric ovens.while cooking in the oven the steam from the food was somehow dripping from the gas knobs and from the back of the unit flooding my kitchen😅. They replaced the first unit with a brand new one and the second unit is absolutely horrible as well. The ovens overheat or can not keep temperature making it so hard to cook anything really in the ovens. Not been able to bake a cake for over 7 years now. The claim is the first time this ever happens to the company and blame it on my house humidity 🤣. They had technicians coming over and have found no solution. I quite trying to find my rights and now I have a rusted and full of holes ovens in a unit that costs 4k . Do not buy!

Cooker that doesn’t want to cook

Built in oven randomly decides it doesn’t want to cook anymore and turns itself off. Had the oven just 18 months, 2 engineer visits for software updates which was apparently why it stopped working. Countless food ruin. Complained to the company and heard nothing back. Wouldn’t recommend

We spent a lot of $ on our beautiful…

We spent a lot of $ on our beautiful but very dysfunctional Bertazzoni range. Things started failing after about a year. The clock stopped keeping time, many of the gas burners failed and eventually, the electronics got so bad that it switched off or failed to maintain temperature, often mid-cook. I spent months trying to find someone to come out to Baltimore to fix it. Eventually, I found a local appliance guy but he wanted almost $3k to fix the electronics. When we bought this range, we did read some bad reviews. “Pretty but dysfunctional”. Yes, it’s pretty. But it do you don’t cook and just want something to look nice in your kitchen. Don’t buy it if you want a reliable range. I will never buy from this manufacturer again.

We have just bought a stunning…

We have just bought a stunning Bertazzoni master cooker. Not just beautiful visually it is also amazingly functional and easy to use.

The installation was super easy and it arrived on time.

Thank you Maurizio for an amazing all round service.

New Bertazzoni oven is useless!

A new Bertazzoni 36" oven was installed almost 4 months ago by my landlord and I've hated it ever since. Nothing broken or in need of repair - just incredibly poor design! Of half a dozen complaints, the most serious involves setting the oven temperature.
I often cook at a "low & slow" setting, but the lowest option on this oven is 260 degrees. BUT, when tested twice by repair specialists, at this setting the temperature just continued to rise until it hit 350 degrees! This is not a "problem" and is just the way it is designed. I almost fainted when I learned this...
At this lowest setting the flame is designed to never turn off. This is just one thing I hate about the design of this appliance.

Terrible products and even more terrible customer service

We were proivided the entire suite ( gas range, refrigerator, dish washer ) by th ebuilder about 2.5 years ago.Since th etime we have this it has only given us trouble.First the refrigerator door handle kept commign off .We had them come in atleast 4 times.

Pist taht teh gas range is giving us trouble.The servic epeople have literaly coime every 2 months and with every service they fix somethign and break somethign with it

The lats service they fixed the knob and now when th egas range is ont he oven cannot be started.

The dishwasher keeps going off

We are literally fed up with this and recomend not to buy this.Thoier servic ei steriible and now they are sayign we are out of warranty.
They dont want to come an dfix thier own mistakes and we ar enow wondering what to do.The president of this company also doe snot care on how bad thier customer service is and i am going to tell anyone who is remotely thinkign of buying these products to toally not consider this

They are expensive and dont provide th evalue fo rmoney .

We are still waiitng for the company to send someone to fix what they have broken .

I am not even sure thye care and thiuer service an dcustomer service is the worst I have seen

HORRIBLE!! OVEN EXPLODED!

HORRIBLE!!! NEVER BUY this brand. We bought a range, dishwasher, speed oven and fridge from them in2019. Didn't install it until 2020 due to delays in construction. Since then we have had to replace the fridge and speed oven, bc they stopped working (outside of the manufacture warranty), and last night the glass inside of our oven EXPLODED while cooking a pizza at 425 degrees! Large shards and small glass pieces everywhere. After the first explosion, 10 minutes later (even after turning the oven off) it did it again. I have contacted the company and they will do nothing to help fix this because we are outside their dumb 2 year warranty. It's one thing even if appliances stop working, that sucks to have to replace them but EXPLODING is not ok. This could have seriously injured my 14 year old son. I also put in a complaint with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. STAY AWAY from this horrible company!!!!!

I have the heritage ivory 120 fitted…

I have the heritage ivory 120 fitted recently & it looks beautiful, really stands out, makes the kitchen look complete.
I love it!

The service from Bertazzoni has been really very good, I was worried because I changed my mind after having the professional range 120 delivered instead wanted the heritage, they made it as easy as they could to exchange.

After care, little teething problems which have been solved over the phone & face time straight away.
Overall really happy with my range & service.
