Horrible is an understatement

Horrible is an understatement! Stay away. So regretful if making an investment in this company and product !! Bought a gas range in 2022 and the oven shortly after was not keeping the heat. Under warranty thank goodness and had it repaired. Not even a year later same issue. Tried to have bertazzoni cover part or service call that will be needed and they declined. They sent me to their website to order the part myself. If this was the first time fixing I’d chalk it up - however same issue same part less than a year ?! Wow. Customer service was not interested in assisting - just wanted to pass me off. He made it seem like it’s a normal occurrence( perhaps it is for this co) . If I could turn back time ! A very pricey product with no customer service. They clearly don’t stand by their product. Stay far away - my loss is your gain if you heed my advice.

Outstanding!!

Outstanding!!! I purchased a beautiful new range cooker just before Christmas and it’s just wonderful! It’s totally changed our lifestyle and meals times. The appliance is such high quality and cooks beautifully! The service too has been beyond expectation with such a friendly and helpful team. I would highly recommend.

I’m in love

The Bertazzoni range was the big splurge in my new kitchen. It is just beautiful and a pleasure to use. Makes me look forward to cooking every meal! Great service from Bertazzoni and their UK delivery team were also a big plus.

We have purchased Bertazzoni kitchen…

We have purchased Bertazzoni kitchen package. Four out of five appliances came with some manufacture defects. After countless phone calls and e-mails they still did not address the issues with the appliances. The Range PROF365INSXT has oven glass which curves and pops out of its place when heated. My wife burned her arm when the glass fell out when the hot oven was opened. Bertazzoni sent Hemi's Appliances in our house four times, Bertazzoni also sent two other appliance repair companies, and they all determined that the appliances are defective, and Bertazzoni has to replace appliances or send parts to fix them. None of appliance repair companies could provide services because the parts were not sent. The technicians told us at the first visit that Bertazzoni is horrible on sending parts to fix appliances. Bertazzoni replaced two appliances out of five, but the replacements came with the same problems. Bertazzoni told us in writing that some of the problems are due to misrepresentation in the advertisement and the features like soft motion door on speed cook oven purchased never existed, and should not be advertised as such, never returned the money for false advertisement. The panel ready dishwasher advertised as it can handle load of 3-7 LB but after spring adjustment to max, it can only handle 3.5 LB, our door panel is 4.5 LB and it does not stay up but rather lays on the floor all the time. The Range PROF365INSXT and the glass issue, it's been eight months and we still waiting for the door assembly specified by technicians as defective. Instead of sending the part to fix the door, Bertazzoni either ignores our countless number of followups or sends travesty responses like: " ...it was sent to a wrong address, we apologize for responding to your countless number of emails just four months later, it it wrong and should never happened...", "...it was recorded that you cancel the service, it should never happened, let us reinstate it, and the part will arrive within a week..." but again, Bertazzoni returns to the same mode of its not responding behavior, ignoring all our follow ups.

Great quality oven.

Great quality oven.
Feels really well made, no comparison to so much rubbish we looked at in the shops.
Expensive and a short lead time from order, but worth every penny so far.
Too early to comment on reliability yet.
Very happy so far.

Very good overall experience

Hob arrived well before the expected date provided by John Lewis, item was well packaged and undamaged, driver contacted us in advance with eta. Product seems very well made (as it should be for the price)!

We bought our Bertazzoni range i

We bought our Bertazzoni range in August and only fitted it in October and after only two weeks of use the hobs blew up
I contacted Bertazzoni service and had to wait nearly two weeks for an engineer. He arrived but did not have the correct part to fix . We are now having to wait again for the engineer to schedule another visit.

Please consider carefully before buying

As a former chef, I wanted to love this range--and did for a while. However, it never really worked properly. The temperature gauge was never true, but I know that you must always use a thermometer to test oven temperatures. After less than 4 years of using it almost every day, we heard a loud electrical "pop" while using the cooktop. After that, the oven didn't work. After two trips from our trust appliance service, they were able to get the oven working with a part that even Bertazzoni was at a loss at first to recommend. $500 later and "fixed" the temperature was really wonky. It ran back and forth from 200 degrees to 500 degrees. I had to watch everything in the oven so it wouldn't burn. Another part had to be ordered (at least another $100), and it's now 3 weeks, and the part has yet to arrive. Yesterday the oven quit working completely again. Now, I'm really questioning if I should continue trying to have this repaired and just move on to another gas range. The holidays are coming, and this is unacceptable. I am probably going to buy an American-made range, so I won't have the parts issue. My recommendation: Don't waste your money on Bertazzoni unless you don't cook much and want a good-looking range. Spend a little more and get a Viking, Wolf, or Blue Star. At least you're buying a solid product made in the U.S.

We're so happy with our new cooker

We're so happy with our new cooker.

We may have maxed our bank accounts but so worth it. In the showrooms other brands you could tell were just not the same quality. We bought our cooker to replace a Britannia that had been going for 30 years, the quality of this cooker from Bertazzoni seems like we've got a very good chance of having another that lasts 30 years. It's a work of art, delivered and installed with care, they took the old Britannia away and it's been joyous cooking on it... although we still feel guilt when using it, it's so shiny and we're terrified to spill on it... that will change. Christmas is going to be good this year!

Replacing old range oven

Disconnection and removal of existing range stove was done expertly and tidly. The instillation of the new stove was carried out in the same manner. The installer verified all was working and demonstrated the functions.
