I have a lot of watches. Bersigar is an excellent watch. I love it. It’s the best presented watch I’ve ever bought. Then you open the box and there is your quality watch. I would most definitely recommend. Great quality at a great price. 👍🏾

Did not receive the package til now, ordered October 1 and still waiting..

Sent me a watch that is different from what is advertised. I contacted you several times about the issue but zero response.

The watches that I received are very nice I've ordered 5 watches and still waiting for the next three to arrive, they have been delayed in customs for two weeks now after I purchased overnight delivery.

Nice timepiece, fast delivery, accurate automatic movement, good value for an everyday type watch that you aren’t afraid to bump into things

The watch looks fantastic but after opening the box i realised that the build quality was no better than a Rolex copy which you can buy for a lot less than 187 pounds. The watch is very lightweight and the bracelet is poor quality. Ok to look at but that's all. Won't buy again.

Absolutely amazing service and watches

You should also indicate customs fees in the price. In case of return you can lose as much as 50 euros. The shipper asks for the money when the package is delivered but does not issue a receipt. I tried to pay it online but it did not show up and they asked for the money when the goods arrived. I checked and the customs fees were not paid twice. Otherwise very nice watch. Thank you

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bersigar watches. They gave constant updates daily. Watch came about a week after ordering.

I received a presumed defect watch!
Several attempts to get in contact. No reply or reaction.
My advice, never ever buy a watch by internet.
But then after a few days I received help.

Great looking watch at a fantastic price. Very professionally displayed in wooden display box. Highly recommend.

Excellent watch

I received my watch after a couple of days.
Watch was nice.
All good right?…….No !
Tried to set the time but the crown is faulty, therefore unusable.
Sent emails, tried calling, sent messages via WhatsApp.
Nothing until a week later.
I received a WhatsApp message asking me to send a video of the issue which I did straight away.
Two weeks later and nothing.
Got in touch with UK Citizens Advice and Company’s House.
Bersigar Watches has been dissolved in the UK so beware if you’re tempted to buy from them.

Once you buy from them and wish to return good luck trying to get ahold of them, they have 2 different emails which they don’t respond to and have 2 different what’s app numbers that they also don’t respond to. Would not recommend

The presentation of this product is unmatched! The box it comes in is amazing!!! The great detail in the watch is incredible!
