ORDER #177563 was placed and paid for in July 2021. It is 19th December and still no sign of my order. NOT GOOD AT ALL. Can I please have my money back???

No promised e mail within 3-7 days saying it had been sent, in fact no e mail at all. Now 24 days since they took the money from my bank account and no indication whether the order has actually left China. Do not waste your time, energy and money on these people.

Order some Masks from Berrystock ... They said they were shipped and provided tracking number ... USPS does not have the package and only a tracking number was created .... Tried contacting them several times and get no response now. Will never order from them again!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sent me the wrong item. Customer service guy asked me for photos. Ive sent them 3 times but he keeps pretending he hasn't received them. They've now been ignoring my emails. There's no phone number to call them. I've submitted 2 reviews on their site but they have been erased. They only like 3 stars or more. Lol. Stick with shapermint. They have awesome customer service.

Ordered weeks ago. No correspondence. No number to ring and email inbox is full. Awful! Some people don’t have money to give away!!!

Ordered this item weeks ago and nothing emailed twice to ask were it was no reply terrible service all together

Why is it that it said 19.95. But i had to pay 59.60

We've been returning customers with Berry Stock for 2 years now! Their customer service is great! Pricing is reasonable, as well. Had recommended friends and their feedback has been good as well.

November 16 my Order #165154 was confirmed.
November 20 I received an email that a shipment was on its way...and since then....nothing!!!

Nicole Sands from Customer support service says I have to check my local Netherlands Post and quote them the tracking number. So I did but Netherlands Post says tracking numer doesn't exist..

I have sent 5 emails to customer service so far.
I have paid for the goods with my VISA on december 8, but so far didn't receive anything and not hearing anything from customer support anymore....

While they are responsible for correct shipment. Right?

I was very pleased with the customer service, the prices, and the delivery. The person we spoke with was courteous and helpful. Was concerned about the time of delivery for my item but it arrived on the time as promised (12 days).

Worst company ever. I ordered the slim tuck on October and I didn't get it until now. I emailed them many times. I got a reply from them. Then the second reply was just a copy and paste from their first reply. No telephone number provided. What an incompetent and irresponsible company. I dont know how they survived from competition with other online company.
Do they have admin in this company. What are they doing, just sitting around?

I received mine I ordered and they work. People at work said I look like I lost weight. I told them it is just the underwear from Berry Stock.

I just got mines today and i love it!!! I got the buy one get one. The quality is excellent. It doesn't come off when i am moving around. I look great with this. Keeps my love handles in place.

I've been using Berry Stock as my go to source for stock for years!
Can't say enough about this family run business and the quality and concern they show the customers. Something you can only get with a smaller family business that really cares about you and not the bottom dollar line 1st!
Sure they are a business, not a charity, but if you need it, they make sure you get it right away at a fair price. Thanks guys

Do Not Order Anything from Berry Stock!
Worst Customer Service!!!!! Big Mistake ordering from them. They Delivered the Wrong Size just like some other customers here.
I emailed to them and they said they will send the right one to me right away but it never Arrived. And I emailed to them again and again but i never hear from them again.
Very Disappointed!!!
What an Irresponsible Company! Shame on You!

Terrible customer service. They replied to my initial email but didn’t hear from them again after replying to their response about the cincher I ordered. What I received didn’t match the description or images. Didn’t fit from the bust line to the pelvic bone, measurements on their site are off by approximately 2 Inches. Lesson learned, will never buy from them again. I’m out $50 as it would cost more than that to return what I ordered.

Best shapewear ever!!! It smoothed out ALL my lumps and bumps better than any shapewear I have tried! I am 5'10" and 200lbs and the 3XL fits me perfectly. I bought the black one and have worn it several times already, for several hours a day, and it has never once rolled down on me. One thing to note is that it looks tiny when you get it out of the bag and it was hard to wear it for the first time but all compression/waist cinching garments are supposed to be a little difficult to get on. However, after I have wore it for a few times, it's starts to feel amazing and comfortable to wear. I am extremely happy with this product and to the seller, thank you for making such a good product. Would highly recommend this garment to anyone who just wants to smooth things out OR appear slimmer in certain clothing.
