Berrylook c'est un arnaque.
Très mauvais service à la clientèle.
Berrylook te bombardes de publicités, tu visites le site web, tu prends le temps de commander tout va bien.
Le paiement se prend immédiatement.
Et après.... tu attends ta commande qui n'arrive jamais, tu dois envoyer des douzaine de courriels dont la réponse est toujours des excuses, des promesses mais jamais de suivi.
Tu corresponds que par courriel, aucun autres moyens de communications.
ET LE PROBLÈME....TU DEMANDES TON REMBOURSEMENT.
Tu reçois un courriel que dans les 7-12 jours tu vas être remboursé, tu attends et tu attends 30 jours-60 jours et tu continues a envoyer des courriels qui ne règlent rien.
J'ai commandé 60.02$ le 2 Janvier et rendu au 2 Mars toujours pas reçu de remboursement, pourtant nous parlons que de 60.02$US une chance que je n'ai pas acheté pour 200.00$!
ATTENTION N'ACHETEZ RIEN SUR BERRYLOOK.

Very poor customer service.
Berrylook bombards you with advertisements, you visit the website, you take the time to order everything is fine.
Payment is taken immediately.
And after .... you wait for your order which never arrives, you have to send dozen of emails whose answer is always apologies, promises but never follow-up.
You correspond that by email, no other means of communication.
AND THE PROBLEM .... YOU ARE REQUESTING YOUR REIMBURSEMENT.
You receive an email that within 7-12 days you will be reimbursed, you wait and wait 30 days-60 days and you continue to send emails that do not settle anything.
I ordered $ 60.02 on January 2 and returned to March 2 still not received a refund, however we are talking about only $ 60.02 US a chance that I did not buy for $ 200.00!
CAUTION DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON BERRYLOOK.

It took 1 month for order and kept writing messages, no phone numbers to call. Pay pal I rebutted the case and they said would look into it. Well I got the package and very disappointed! Tops were to be a small in womens they could fit a 9 yr old that's how small!!! I will never order from this place again!! China cheap made stuff! Don't deal with them!

I have cancelled an order within an hour of making it and requested a refund. That is over 2 weeks ago. During I received over 19 emails asking me to accept coupons and each time I have insisted on my refund. Up to last night I received another email about a coupon.

This company is a scam and I am warning others about doing business with them. I have since seen other reviews and wish I had seen them before I decided to engage.
