I ordered the ninja t-shirt, wasn’t informed it was international delivery.
When I got email to state it was delivered, I contacted them to state it hadn’t as work from home.
Told to use tracking number which as thought didn’t tell me anything, I asked for refund and now there refusing as trying to blame delivery company.
I would advise anyone to think twice before buying from this company as once they have your money there not bothered.
The amount paid was also higher than the amount advertised and when questioned they stated they would refund me difference back as technical issue, and yes I’m still waiting for the over payment refund.

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company,what they advertise is NOT what you get,I ordered a cap And nothing like what I seen on the advert ,it also took over a month to arrive

I was sent false tracking-apparently parcel was coming from America but actually came from China! Ordered 4th December, received, damaged, on 8th January. Looked as if it had been thrown around. Use this website at your peril!

Ordered a toy jet plane thinking this was a UK company due to the co.uk website. After reading the reviews I realised the item was coming from China, they also somehow charged me extra than I thought I'd paid (which they agreed to refund when challenged.) They refused to cancel the order though and hastily marked it dispatched.
Got fake tracking details saying it was coming from Baltimore USA but it did arrive shipped from China. It didn't work though so I asked for a refund.
They asked for video evidence but haven't replied since I provided it.
I would avoid buying anything. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Item never arrived. Keep being sent tracking details with errors. Ignoring questions in messages. Clearly a scam. Avoid

My order arrived today ....complete and utter garbage. I ordered for my granddaughter i threw it strait in the bin ! total shite do not order from these scamming filth.

Asked for a refund as I have not received my items, have yet to get one. Ordered the item at the start of November still have not received it. They have said they can’t contact the shipping company to get the product send back which is a load of rubbish.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Items are misadvertised and when they arrive they are frequrntly incorrect or not as advertised.
I bought something for £12.33 but the charged me over £15 on my card. They refuse to restock the item and currently have offered me just £2 compensation. DO NOT USE THEM

This company is such a scam and they act as if they are UK based while they are not. I purchased a charger from them that was advertised as a C-type. Upon arrival it was not the case. I asked to return the item and get a refund. They asked me to send documentation which I did. They came back suggesting I should keep the charger and they credit me £3. I refused and asked for my full refund. To date they have ignored me.

They don't even deserve 1 star at all.

I really wish I read this before ordering from these conmen. Overcharged to start then no refund for the over charge and now no product. I blame Instagram for the advert. Avoid them if possible 🤬🤬

I ordered these bras in my size. When they came they were way too small. I asked for their address and to get my refund of 50 pounds. They offered me 3 pounds instead. Of course I refused. Despite numerous mails I am still owed 50 pounds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered on 19/08. It’s now 30/08. NO PARCEL.
Email to company, stated it had been delivered. Asked me to contact post office!!!!.

Sizing of items is random and there is zero chance of return or exchange. Don’t wazte your hard earned money.

Ordered over a month still not goods and Keep being fobbed off with the same answer about chasing the delivery company. But can't send proof goods have actually been sent.

I would rate this company zero!! Absolute charlatans. I am still waiting for my order, they said it was on way but nothing arrived. They apologised and blamed the courier service and said they would send me another order. I have received nothing and keep getting fobbed off with a problems with courier service. I have asked for a refund and they keep replying please wait for your order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I begrudge one star.
Just the same story as everyone else.
This company is an utter disgrace.
Absolute rubbish product.
I paid by Klarna 3 x monthly payment, I stopped payment via them explaining why.
I have a refund now.
