This is my second sweater that I have ordered from Berluu. I love the unique designs offered and will continue to purchase from this company. I wish the shipping was quicker but I just have to be more patient.

These are well-made sweaters with beautiful detail. The sizing was accurate and they were well priced. I will order from them again.

Their poppy sweater is terribly itchy and they offer a $12.00 refund when I tried to return a $78 sweater. They don't consider it a product defect when they are using unwearable textiles.

Took a while to receive my sweaters, but they are beautiful!!! Not as oversized as was expected but they fit great. I’m very happy!

I love the products I received, nice quality and I love that part of proceeds go to charity. There was some confusion on delivery, they said delivered and it wasn’t but showed up 2 days later….guessing delivered to wrong address. So glad they finally showed up, I will order again

It is a beautiful sweater. Cozy and warm. The only issue I have it there was a pull in the orange flower. Can I exchange it?

Love the 2 sweaters I purchased the fit is true to size. The sweaters are soft and warm and look great with corduroy slacks.

I had an issue with an item I ordered and they corrected it promptly. I love the two sweaters I ordered. They fit well and look just like the picture on Instagram. I would buy from this company again even though it took a while to receive my items.

The sweaters I received were not as advertised and when I wanted to return them, I was offered $16 on nearly $100 worth of cheap merchandise. Will NEVER deal with this company again.

I placed an order on October 4 and now it is November 9 and have not received anything. I got an email saying it was being shipped but nothing has arrived. They are scammers. Don't ever order from them because they take your money and run.

Buyer Beware! I ordered three dresses and a shirt, none fit right asked to return. Received over a couple of weeks 9 emails where they offered me a credit that was increased with each email to keep the order. I refused and continued to ask for return label. Did a little research and found they are a Chinese company Not a South Carolina company as stated. They finally sent an address and want me to pay for return and return address is in Dubai?

Sweaters are darling however they are too big. How do i initiate a return or exchange?

What a lovely product, the shape could be slightly more fitted or better contoured. The bottom seems a bit stretched out, but I know it’s the shape and not stretched.

I ordered two dresses 👗 the top is too tight so I contacted customer service. I was told to pay (16.00 )shipping to get different sizes. Unfortunately the top to both of the dresses are too tight as well. So now I'm over $100 in with 4 dresses 👗 I cannot wear. I only made the purchase because is Said ... South Carolina.. Not true.. I like the dresses 👗 but... cannot wear them so I give them 3 stars for the offer but I'm not a happy camper.

Great 1st time shopping experience. LOVE that it’s made in the US. LOVE that shipping was fast! LOVE the dress and the shirt; both great quality (for the price it’s shockingly nice). I religiously wear a size Small but I’d say both items fit too big. They fit me like a Medium. If they made XS I’d buy that from now on. I’m 5’2, 115lbs.
