They cancel the bus without letting the passengers know, hang up on us when calling customer service to ask why the bus didn’t show up, and haven’t answered my e-mail about refund. We were 4 separate people waiting at 20.7.2025 2 AM in Berlin for a bus that never pick us up.
Avoid !! I was recently on a bus that got sold more tickets than it had seats. So they had to ask passengers that were already seated and bought the tickets the latest to get off the bus to give place to those that bought it earlier.
I think the driver handled the situation very professionally, however I feel for those that had to leave the bus. Just awful.
No wifi and no charging points were in the bus however the journey was very comfortable.
