Berk Parketonderhoud is een webshop van Berk Parketvloeren. Berk Parketvloeren is een parketspeciaalzaak opgericht in 1999. In het begin werkten Chris en Jolanda de Berk vanuit huis en in 2008 hebben zij een showroom geopend in Delft. Sindsdien heeft Berk Parketvloeren al meer dan 20 jaar tevreden klanten mogen helpen aan een vloer. Wij geloven in onze missie om alleen vloeren te leveren en plaatsen zoals wij het bij ons thuis ook zouden willen. Door middel van vakkundig advies leveren en plaatsen wij een breed assortiment aan vloeren. Wij weten als geen ander dat er een ruime keuze is op het gebied van traditioneel parket, laminaat en PVC vloeren. U zoekt de vloer die bij u past en die matcht met uw interieur, en daar willen wij u graag bij helpen. U wilt gebruik maken van een vloer waar u een lange tijd van wilt genieten. Wij beloven u kwaliteit, maatwerk en een goede prijs- en kwaliteitsverhouding.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, I ordered and the whole company went on holiday for a month!!
Nowhere was mentioning when I was purchasing on their website.
And it was not possible to cancel the order.

I needed the product and I had to wait more than a month!

Come one, in 2024 you cannot offer this service if you want to sell online!

To prevent such issues, we have clearly communicated on our website with a fixed notice and a pop-up message on every page that all orders placed during our vacation period would be delivered after our return. You also had the option to choose not to place the order and look elsewhere for your product.
