Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

We found what we thought would be an ideal rental property for us last Friday. Four messages, one email and many calls later (now Tues evening) we've had no response from the Barrow office... It seems they never answer their phones or respond to messages. Poor service indeed.

They asked for landlord references when they advertised that they’re not required. They then tried to lie to me that they’re “required by law”, which is nonsense. Drove 200 miles for nothing. Waste of time and petrol dealing with this agency.
