This business has been our preferred heating services provide for some time We have used Berkeley Heating twice in the last 6 months. In the winter we had a leaking radiator causing water to drip through the ceiling. Berkeley Heating visited us very swiftly to repair. We also used the business for our annual Boiler service. Very easy to arrange a convenient date and time and in both instances the representatives arrived promptly and left the work area tidy. We consider the work to be good quality and value.

Excellent service when carrying out the annual Central Heating service contract. Always arrive on time and carry out the work to a high standard - feed back on completion with advice on any queries made.
Any problems throughout the year are rectified quickly at no additional cost in accordance with the contract.

The engineer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable .

I have been a customer of Berkeley Heating for 15 years or so with a service contract for my old boiler. It's been needing to be changed for a new combi boiler for some time, so finally got them to do it. The hot and cold water tanks were removed, pipes tidied up and making good all done to a high standard. They also installed a Nest thermostat. On top of that, we were given a lot of excellent advice regarding future work we are having done that has potentially saved us a lot of money.
At all times the guys were very respectful of our property and my family and done everything they said they would do and more. It's always a worry when having work done but a company like Berkeley Heating take that concern away.

We have had our heating system checked by Berkeley Heating for many years and always find them helpful and able to answer any of our questions.
We now plan to have additional work done by Berkeley Heating trusting we will get the same level of service.
