Never again!!

I returned an item. Followed the exact returns policy. Item was obviously never used. Returned in the same package as it came. Bergfreunde saying they haven't received it. Sent it over 3 months ago. They've stopped returning my emails. Leaves me over €150 out of pocket. Might be a decent company to order from as long as you dont have to return anything. Won't be buying from them again.

Terrible customer service

My order did not arrive. Customer service is terrible. The store has decent products at decent prices, but if you need to reach out to them for any matter, then is hell.

Terrible customer service

Ordered Endura MTB trousers. They showed up looking very different than the pic on Bergfreunde's site (one had a black waistband and the other not, different green colour, one had a print the other did not). Wrote email to Bergfreunde, their only answer was asking me to take pics and send them despite having included links that showed the issue in email. After having taken and sent pics Bergfreunde said "if you don't like the the trousers you are welcome to send them back. I don't see any other solutions." In other words the usual 'we made a mistake, here's all the work you have to do to fix it' approach that shops that suck at customer service have. Offer a discount, don't make me take pics and ship stuff 'cause you made a mistake. And make sure the pic on your site is the product you ship (Bergfreunde blamed Endura for the pic on Bergfreunde's site).

Worst support ever

I never encountered such a bad support. I’ve written to them 3 times, and each time they could not even read and understand the message. It’s been a month of back-and-forth already and there is no hope to ever get a reply from an actual human from their side. I ordered a lot of stuff from the in the past, but it’s the first time I had to talk to the support and it’s truly horrible.

There is nothing much to say but O.K.

There is nothing much to say, honestly. Using this shop for about 4 years and never face any problems. Luckily for me i did not have an occasion to return products, thus never performed this procedure, however otherwise it is very simple: no problems at all.

Great selection and consistently good service

I am regular customer of the Bergfreunde.eu and keep coming back because they have a great selection of clothing and footwear for outdoor enthusiasts. Service is always great and shipping is fast. Over few years I only had a couple of situations when fit was not right or garment had a defect and in these cases resolution was prompt and to my satisfaction.
