Bestel ik een tent op maandagavond 27-07-2020 van €399,95, krijg ik donderdag 30-07-2020 een bericht dat de tent op vrijdag 31-07-2020 wordt bezorgd. Hartstikke blij natuurlijk, dat alles goed gaat. U denkt, vanwaar die slechte waardering?. Omdat ik even de website bergfreunde.nl raadpleeg. Zie ik dat de tent nu met 10% korting wordt aangeboden. Zo maak je GÉÉN FREUNDEN beste bergfreunde.nl.

I ordered several times from Bergfreunde. The product range is impressively huge, the delivery is always very fast processed, the products are great. I experienced top service.

I have just finished my first transaction with Bergfreunde and has become a fan. - I ordered a merino t-shirt and a pair of shorts at great value.
Unfortunately, the shorts were too big, I called customer care and asked if I could drop by and return the shorts as I was passing nearby on my summer holiday and wanted to avoid return-postage from Denmark. That was not possible but the very friendly customer care assistent offered me German return-label so that I could easy DHL the package when in Germany. - So I did and the money paid for the shorts has now been returned to my account with no deduction. That was easy and the kind of service you want every time you shop.

One of my favorites shop. Everything what they sell they actually have in their warehouse, so deliver is really fast. They also offer some brands which you won't find anywhere.
Also if it's something wrong by them, they notice you, that you don't feel fooled.

Great experiences both with products and customer service

A frequent customer, I have always been completely satisfied with both items and service. DHL delivery is very quick and reliable. Returns and refunds without any problem.

I shopped some time ago for the first time from Bergfreunde.de. The shopping process was uncomplicated and fast. The ordered wear fits well and was delivered promptly.

Before shipping of my order, I received a very friendly mail regarding one out of two carabiners unfortunately unavailable, which I was very pleased with. I would have wished though, that in that case, I could have had the chance to change my order before shipping, because I bought those two carabiners for a certain reason and can't do anything with one of them now. So after being informed, that I will receive only one, I would have rather cancelled the second as well or bought another one instead! Now I either have to return the second one by myself or pay additional shipping costs in case I buy another.

I am very surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I have ordered various times, always received my order very quickly and the support team was friendly and helpful.

I personally like this shop a lot (it's my favourite outdoor shop, actually) because it has many items in stock to choose from and with each item comes a recommendation for its use. This is vital for an outdoor shop - in the mountains you need to rely on your equipment and you need the right equipment for your trip.

No negative experience so far - I'd definitely recommend Bergfreunde.

Very disapointed!
I'm really frustrated with this company! I made 2 orders, first I ordered a sleeping bag and a lightweight camping chair. It took 14 days to get here. My intention was to check the goods to then order a second pair of each. When I realized it would take too long, I placed the second order before receiving the first one, hoping the second package would arrive in time, before leaving on trekking holidays next saturday. Now it's a week ago and the package is not even sent. The 1st delivery took 7 days with DHL, so knowing this, it's unlickely I will receive the 2nd sleeping bag before the weekend. So it means I ordered an expensive sleeping bag wich I will not be able to use on this trip. For ordering another sleeping bag somewhere else it's to late. I could maybe spend another 200€ on another sleeping bag in a shop, but I looked it up, there's no shop nearby selling the same ones, and they're supposed to be zipped together. I sent several e-mails explaining the urgency, asked if they could speed up the process. No they can't, cause everything is packed manually...saying that this firm is working with real people. I would think that one of these real people could make an internal call to speed things up. Or maybe they could use DHL express, I'm willing to pay the extra cost!

After ordering the same products for the second time (because the first time I ordered the order got cancelled on bergfreunde’s behalf even though I paid for it?!) I recieved a package. Inside the package were the wrong products, totally not what I ordered. All the papers inside the box are written in french, even though I am dutch so I don’t speak french. Called the costumer service about an hour ago, she was supposed to email me a retour label... still didn’t get an email?! An email is not that hard to send is it? 😡 Have to bring back someone else’s package retour now and hoping I will get the stuff I orderer one day....
