Very bad service

I have bought 2 sweaters on 7 Feb and paid altogether with delivery charges total 53.95 euro. I got only 1 sweater delivered by PostNL on 9 Feb and no explanation from Berden for the other one that when will it deliver until Berden was asked by e-mail. Then, Berden sent me (in the email said that expect 3-5 days to deliver). In the order tracking said expecting to deliver on 10 Feb, another day on 11 Feb said expecting to deliver the day after tomorrow. On 12 Feb, still nothing, and in the tracking said something different that there was nothing sent from Berden to PostNL yet??? Huh... I sent an email to the shop 12 Feb. Berden said I have to wait and keep checking the delivery status on the tracking code. Our house closed by 3 minutes walk from the shop and no thicker snow on the street for last week. On 14 Feb (Sunday), I sent an email and Berden was asked that if within 2 weeks after my order placed, I should get the remaining sweater, if not, I need my money back and expect that Monday 15 Feb, I should get the response but for sure no response until evening time my man posted in the trust pilot. The response from Berden is delaying because the PostNL cannot give fast service because of the snow. I do believe that PostNL very good service base from my experience from internet shopping and delivery services. This morning I have checked the tracking delivery status it still saying that the shipment delivery time unknown
The package has not yet been received or processed by PostNL. This is very clear that Berden sent nothing of this through PostNL. Up to now, I don't know what I should do, wait and wait until Berden is happy to send :-(. I told Berden we're the customer, we just order and paid without condition and expect that the supplier (Berden) just packing and sending it to the postage or logistics services as soon as. I do understand if Berden might be being honest saying that we don't have in our stock and just taking more time to wait instead of committing anything that they cannot do it. Not only blame the postage service and no solutions for the customer. I don't know what to do. So far seems nothing handle properly. I used to visit the shop from time to time, actually good quality and the service person not bad. But internet services are totally bad services. That means no more convincing to visit this shop in person again. As all response seems to be only excused with some reason instead of resolving the issue of sincere apologize and offer the solution. Totally disappointing.
