Only comment is that I do not understand well how I subscribed as I was thinking to subscribe for a sports broadcast view option for a YouTube channel.

This people have been taking money from me for no reason and when you go to the website it does not work and they have taken money for the past 5 months now l can not even get a refund

I like the response from Emily, Escalation Team Manager that she is working on my refund that was wrongly charged to me even though I had skipped the top up. I appreciate her approach of resolving issues. I hope all staff follows her approach of resolving issues with clients. Thank you Emily for making efforts to address my problem n it's resolution.
