Failed to deliver and never responded to my calls.

I wanted to return item. They print you must contact service dept. with E-mail. No reply. Also QR code bring me to motorcycle sales?? Writing again. I wished I saw reviews beforehand ther right company is a RIP-OFF.

Your customer service and response system is very very poor...I still haven't received my dress...please follow up...this will be the last time I buy from your company...please send me this package as soon as possible. Your company is doing very poorly and I feel sorry for you

I would not buy from this company. I bought a jacket and tried to return or exchange it because it was too small, and after multiple emails and using their contact form (they list "30 day returns" policy on their site and specifically say they will respond with in 48 hours) I have never received a response.

Liked what I viewed and purchased a few items.

Was enticed by one of their jackets from a Facebook ad. Decided to utilize PayPal in the off chance they are a fly by night company, (after all PayPal will cut off companies that have problems) and what do you know the order would never complete through PayPal claiming the PayPal site was down and to use a credit card.
Visit all the reviews here and it makes sense the item I was looking to get would be an incredible deal at the price... it's all too good to be true.

Simplicity of the buying process. Images of the vests were clear, accompanied by several alternate views. Apparently,only products/sizes that are available are displayed during the selection process. The website is well designed and very intuitive.

pure fraud, paid almost 100 usd, got fake chinese tracking .... never delivered

Tried to order three pieces of clothing months ago. Two are on the list of orders. Still haven’t arrived, despite “standard shipping, 5 to 15 business days”. In order to check shipping progress, had to go through several processes and download the app. Very bad user interface, lack of help and information, too much unwanted personalization. 0/10 bad experience.

You have such interesting clothes! My husband loves the striped shirts & I just ordered a jacket for my son-in-law. I wish you had women's clothes is all. I'm jealous!

Been looking for thst rock n roll military jacket long time. I'm excited to find this product. Silver buttons all over...notch collar, can't wait to hit the stage and street in this new jacket.

I ordered two shirts, both size large; however, one fit like a small. I was told I purchased the wrong size, and to buy another one. I won't shop there again. Non-existent customer service.

Pleasantly surprised at the weighted fabric and quality of the men's jacket and lining I had purchased. The style is utmost. So, impressed, I ordered another product. These products are astounding.

I ordered the West End Jacket. I liked it so much I ordered the vest. The only problem is, that trying it on just twice one of the buttons fell off. I also ordered the Wool Saloon-Tweed Warm vest that is advertised as gray in color. It is not gray but more of a light brown in color and the buttons are brown. Some one is colorblind on this one. The material lining for the vest is light blue. Not a big deal just weird.

i love the jacket and vest i received! unfortunately, i ordered a small vest( i don’t know how that happened) i need a medium vest! please te me how i can return the small vest for a refund, i did order a medium vest yesterday! so PLEASE do the right thing and tell me what i need to do to send back small vest so i can get a refund! !
