I have had Benzinga Edge for about a year but I just recently moved up to Benzinga's Universe package. What a Great Move it was for me! I recently went to mostly cash in early June after a good run up. I began following Matt Maley for some option day trading and that has been absolutely Amazing. In less than a month I have already paid for my Universe package by following Matt's trade in the Chat Room. I am still playing it conservative for the near future but I am getting some great knowledge and trade Ideas from Tim Melvin, Chris Capre, Tom Gentile and all the others! I have been now 1 year with Benzinga Pro / Universe. Their tool, chatrooms, youtube and service are part of my every day trading. Throught Benzinga I start the day with customized scanners to identify ideas, I go through trade recommendations and ideas, I follow their squawk and multiple chatrooms and most often listen to their Youtube channel, and I end the day often in their after-hours live chatroom. I subscribed to a 30day money back guarantee. I I was not satisfied with the service. I really don't have a major complaint on their service, it's just not what I was looking for. In the first week I requested a cancellation through their chat service and through through their email service and they will NOT response to my request nor credit my account. I am having to get my credit card service to contest a refund. I have saved all my emails to substantiate my claim. so, if you anticipate you want a refund I would not recommend this company.
