UNBELIEVABLE CORRUPTION!

UNBELIEVABLE CORRUPTION!!
Not only do they charge you as soon as you say your birthdate, they often give bad prescriptions and lie on the Insurance claim. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY!!!
They have charged my insurance company for things never received, have falsified invoices and are in general HORRIBLE!!

Incompetence or something worse?

On Friday, I was told (by phone) by someone at Benu Uithoorn I could pick up my medication from the automaat. At 17.30 I got a message saying I could pick it up from inside. The apotheek was closed for the weekend by then.

Today I got a message saying it was in the automaat. I expected 60 tablets (from the doctors assistant). The box in the automaat was not in the usual plastic bag. It was not in the manufacturers box either, but in the Benu boxes when they split a full box.

On getting home, the box said 40, not 60 tablets. I opened it and inide were just 11 tablets. Its not as if 3 strips fell out put (I checked the machine before closing), and one tablet had been deliberately cut off another strip.

Did they not have enough tablets and needed to order the rest? It happens. But where is the communication to say this - nothing was written on the box. No email. No phone call. They can certainly Improve their communication - this is really poor standards for such a big chain. Their customers mean nothing to them.

I will certainly look at how many they charge my health insurer, for before taking this further.
