Well priced

Well priced. Feels quite luxurious, it is lovely and soft and very good quality.

Gift card had untidy handwriting on it.

I ordered a gift card and was asked what mesage I would like on it. (It was for a Ruby wedding) I was having it sent to me so that I could give it to the couple when I saw them.

When I received it, the card was handwritten and wasn't written neatly, I wish that I had left it blank so that I could have done my own. I fully expected that it would have been printed.

I was kept in touch with what was happening from the minute the furniture's journey stated and the men who delivered the table and chairs were very helpful.

Daughter's birthday and she was upset

Garden Centre lovely. Mini golf man excellent. Our first time on 13th April. The restaurant was a bit confusing. We went to hot food was going to have jackets. Saw they were dried up under the hot plate and I decided to queue for soup. Soup was way too spicy and burnt my throat. I couldn't eat it. My daughter went for the special, Macaroni cheese. The lady serving was very rude to her and didn't know about the special. Came round the front and asked her to point it out, which she did. Her attitude was not good. My daughter ordered sausage meal for her son and that was another fiasco. She made her feel like an idiot on her birthday. She was told to order at the till. I felt that as your charges were a third more than other garden centres the food would match it. It didn't. By the time she got to the table she was upset. Not really what you want on a trip out. So summary, great garden centre, lovely for the kids, but restaurant needs work.

I placed an order for a gift card for a…

I placed an order for a gift card for a friends birthday, on Wednesday 3rd April thinking it would arrive by Saturday the 6th April, it did not arrive until Monday the 8th. Please state how long it takes to send, I assumed it would be sent out immediately, my mistake.

Thank you for your response, I had unintentionally chosen 2nd class, just checked back, my mistake I do apologise.

Delivery error at source …

Courier was given wrong delivery address details which caused a delay in the items being released to me until the error had been verified. The delivery guys were very friendly and placed items in requested area without any issue once it had been resolved. Haven’t opened furniture yet to see how it looks so can’t say how that compares to website details yet.

Being disabled is always very difficult…

Being disabled is always very difficult to go anywhere without help. From the first moment of entering Bents accompanied by a very elderly gentleman of nearly 94, we could not have wished for better help and service. Wheelchairs at the ready and waiting with our name on, we made our way to the restaurant. A reserved card allowed us to go and choose something delicious to eat ensuring we could return to the table of our choice. The staff serving the food and drinks, never once allowed me to carry a single item, they were simply wonderful. Squadron Leader Roy Handley and I, sincerely are deeply grateful to everyone that ensured we had a superb time, at what is a truly fantastic garden centre.
