Fridge freezer died and washing machine was causing me grief. Ben found a quick replacement and helped with the washing machine. Friendly and knowledgeable as always!

Excellent service yet again from Ben Smith and his team! My old washing machine proved beyond repair, so Ben arranged for a new, reconditioned, machine to be delivered and fitted for an extremely reasonable price, just 2 days after my initial call re my old machine. New machine is in excellent condition, I was given a demonstration on how to use it, and a copy of the manual was emailed to me. Can't fault the service! I have used Ben before & will certainly continue to do so!

Called out Ben as washing machine had sadly died!! Unfortunately he broke the news to me that it was to ill & had to go.
Ben was fantastic. He managed to get me a replacement washing machine at a very good deal. It was delivered, installed & the old one removed (with a decent send off). I was back to doing my family’s washing all within 24hrs.

I popped in to Ben's shop on the off chance as my freezer was not working properly. Ben came to look at my freezer, was unable to mend it and a new one was purchased and installed( the old one taken away) within a week. Excellent service. Will recommend to all my firends

Ben is fast, friendly and expert level. Keen to help and able to chat whilst working and giving out pearls of appliance wisdom. He even gave us the scraper tool he had for cleaning ovens! Highly recommend.
