Easy to book and good to have ‘warnings’ about how lucky I am to be skiing for a few weeks. I appreciate your advice about having the site 'auto-filling' personal details such as emails and phone numb... See more

My advice before booking with Ben’s Bus is to check their “Contact Us” page carefully. There is no phone number, and if something goes wrong, emails may go unanswered; leaving you with little option other than pursuing the matter through the courts.
I travelled with Ben’s Bus last year and would describe the experience as 'disorganised chaos'. We did eventually reach our destination, but only by staying alert and managing issues ourselves.
This year, however, we didn’t even make it back from our destination.
For our return transfer to the airport, we were informed over an hour after our scheduled departure that our bus had crashed en-route and that we might be able to squeeze onto the next available coach. Due to widespread road issues that day, delays were already significant. Our contractually agreed transfer was from the resort to Grenoble Airport, but we missed two flights as a result of our coach crashing and never arriving, and the road issues on top.
Knowing we would now have to stay overnight, we booked accommodation near Grenoble Airport. Despite this, we were dropped off in Grenoble town centre, approximately 40 minutes (42km) from the airport with no warning whatsoever, which is directly contrary to their own Terms and Conditions.
I raised this formally, confirmed that Ben’s Bus was in breach of contract (including clause 5.2 of their T&Cs), and requested a refund to cover the €200+ taxi cost we were forced to pay to complete the journey. Since then, they have gone completely silent.
My advice to anyone considering a transfer: pay a little more and use a company that offers reliable service and proper customer support. If something goes wrong, Ben’s Bus may simply ignore you and leave you out of pocket.
Easy booking on website. The FAQ’s answered all our queries. I’ve used Bens Bus before & can recommend it
Our booking with Bensbus was very straightforward and we rely on them completely having travelled with them before.

I've not got a Bensbus for a few years due to curcumstances. I'd forgotten how seamless and easy it all is. simple to book - tell them your flights and they do the rest. Simple at the airport busses are right outside. Simple at resort - multiple stops so seldom far from where you need to be. You try doing that on the public buses, I dare you
Easy hope the rest of the experience is as easy
Thank you, the e ticket came throuh..
This email arrived before the e ticket, so my original answer as one star.
However, ll is well that ends well.
Awful, we were abandoned at Geneva last week and the staff were completely useless and didn’t offer any alternative and said that the next bus was leaving at 11.30am the next day and this wasn’t even guaranteed they said that we may not even be able to get on the bus. We lost a day of skiing and had to pay €600 for a transfer

Rep and driver really helpful. Only 15 mins late despite the dump of snow. Really impressed with service, reasonable price, would certainly use Ben’s Bus on my next ski trip.
Easy to use website and good value into resort.
