Very happy with the backpack, which even better than expected.

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at the store, and I am absolutely in love with my garment bag. It is a short-trip game changer. It took all my self-restraint to not purchase multiple bags from their store - the craftsmanship looks so sharp and rugged!

I recently purchased the Grey Suede Commuter, and while the initial bag had a minor issue, the way Bennett Winch handled the situation was nothing short of world-class.
I reached out to their team and was blown away when Ali, their Head of Operations, replied personally within 15 minutes on a Friday evening. This level of dedication and response time is truly stunning and rare to find nowadays.
Ali was incredibly professional and efficient, offering a hand-picked replacement to ensure the zip and the finish of the grey suede were perfect. The exchange process was seamless. I have now been using the replacement bag for two weeks and I am absolutely in love with it. The craftsmanship and the quality of the suede are superb.

This was my second purchase from BW. My first was the Tri-Fold Suit Carrier.
The Tote Bag is very large and will hold a lot of stuff. I will use it as a companion bag to my carry-on when I travel.
The leather appears to be of excellent quality and the construction is first rate. Top it off with an over engineered zipper and this bag should last many, many years.
I ordered this bag on a Monday and received it in the western United States on Friday.

Amazing product quality and service, I've received multiple compliments - this is my second Bennett Winch product. International shipping was quick and easy, with no issues. I do not have any experience with returns.
This purchase was the Storm Grey Suede Brief - The grey was slightly lighter than I had expected but it's only continued to grow on me the longer I've had it. The leather panel on the back of the brief for attaching to wheeled luggage makes plane travel functional, yet classy.

Thank you for yet another beautiful product. The quality, craftsmanship and service is outstanding.
