Pushed around by big insurance companies
I set up the policy , then a week later was told unless I supplied loads more (mostly duplicate) data I would have the policy cancelled. In nearly 50 years of insuring vehicles I have never once been asked for a V5 until now. I was then patronisingly told this was for my own good to stop insurance fraud ! This after being a customer for many years. If they need the data, ask for it at the beginning and I can then make a choice to proceed. I have thus cancelled the policy, found another insurer and will not use Bennetts again

Easy from beginning to end
The process was easy from choosing to completing no real issues was straightforward only thing I had to check was no claims years apart from that I got good cover for good money as I said straight forward no issues
