It was good to be understood
It was a pleasure to deal with someone who understood the industry and the practicalities of motorcycling life and not to have to explain things. A Bandit 1200 is not going to come to your door at midday demanding money. On the other side of the coin speaking to someone who could clearly and concisely explain the policy requirements and contents was a joy.
