Worst company I have dealt with, their return policy says within 30 days, when asking to process return they say they can’t on sale items, which is stated no where on their return policy. Sandals are so wide and look sooo cheap, quality is really bad, please do not shop from here

Took a month to arrive. Shirt doesn't button all the way down. I am a senior and have physical difficulty in putting it on over my head. Material unpleasantly shiny and poorly made. NO exchanges or refund. Avoid this company.

Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a pair of sandals in my usual size, when they arrived they were 3 sizes too big !! I requested to return them and all i got was an offer of a replacement pair with an added cost !! I tried to explain that their sizes were incorrect but I just kept getting the same reply of that was the size I ordered
and I could have a replacement pair. Its a scam company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!

I would prefer not to give a star at all.
Sadly the scammers are still out there thriving and stealing from people.
Products are late to arrive and after all that time.... Are not the item you paid for. Descriptions are wrong, images are wrong, prices are laughable and their morals are wrong.
This company and all their other fake companies are scams. Refusing to refund the product that you didnt order. Robbery in its most natural form. stay away! Legal action being persued.

A terrible experience I purchased the blouse described as elegant linen it was spandex and polyester made in china ! I thought it was a uk shop in London it’s not nor is the one in Toronto same owners on the picture but it’s all not true I can’t get my money back as it poor quality and too big but they said 30 day return on web site thry just stone wall you and say it’s non returnable and no refund don’t buy from them

If i can do a zero i would. Paid my money (payment went to a company with a different name). I then got lots of messages saying the goods are on the way and links to track my parcel did not work. Nothing arrived and no one to contact. Basicaliy a scam.
