There was a customer facing portal where the entire journey, all discussions, artifacts, test plans ,etc was documneted and published. they use tools effectively so that the work is done effectively and in the shortest time possible..

Up front – I’m not easy to work with. I’m the Chief Operations Officer of a national drug and alcohol compliance company, entrenched in technical solutioning since 1995. We retained Benmore Technologies to architect a large-data platform serving Public and Private industries. FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and SOC 2 design are the easiest of the design requirements at project launch, and to keep perspective, other vendors reviewing the scope, simply conceded or walked away.

Benmore took the contract. Then they assigned Arkash Jain.

I'll be honest — Arkash and I struggled at first. I arrived with 30 years of deeply embedded technical instincts and experience. Arkash came in and, with patience and precision, convinced me to abandon legacy AGILE approaches I'd spent years defending and demanding. He didn't just sell me on rethinking what it is to be “Agile” — he converted me to Benmore's advanced modeling concepts over it. He then backed every claim with hard results.

What followed is one of the easiest and ultimately impressive product design engagements of my career.

Arkash simultaneously led as solution Architect, Project Manager, Requirements Analyst, and then Company FDE Team Lead — with a composure I've rarely experienced at any level. Every milestone not just met but exceeded and ahead of schedule accurately. He employed cutting-edge AI integration and MCP design principles, building not just for today's requirements but anticipating future security architecture, data governance needs, and scale. I should also point out Arkash entered the project with zero background or understanding of our industry or regulatory standards — and in short order learned them. He returned with deep, consultative-grade expertise to guide the build out and Key Stakeholders. No prompting. He identified the need and he filled the gap.

Midway through the project's life cycle Arkash advanced to lead other FDEs within Benmore's organization. He absorbed this expanded responsibility without missing a single beat on our project. That says everything. Benmore is wise for blueprinting Arkash's methods, his approach to client engagement, and most importantly his work ethic as a development standard for every junior FDE within their organization.

Above the technical execution, what has stayed with me most is the character of the man. Transparent communication. Patience. Professionalism. Arkash built something rare in a vendor relationship — genuine trust, earned through consistency and doing the work the right way, every time.

I'll close with the most personal remark I can leave in a professional review: Arkash also inspired me. Not superficially — in a way that propelled me, as a 30-year veteran and sitting COO, to challenge my own assumptions and actively pursue better practices. This kind of influence is extraordinarily rare between colleagues of the same organization, much less from a vendor.

Benmore technologies has been great building our mobile application. We appreciated their work so much that we have enlisted their help in automating our office functions as well.
