I have been purchasing Benks products…

I have been purchasing Benks products from the iPhone 15 pro max not only cases but also power banks, wallets etc. I have had 2 cases having fitting issues in which the awesome customer support team replaced them quickly requesting only a photo of the issue. My 16 pro max case has been through a lot and looks brand new and has kept the phone in perfect condition which is great. Benks is a company that respects its customers and that counts for a lot. There products are high quality and the feel of the product does not disappoint.

Reliable Quality and after sales support

I have purchased two benks cases until now.
The recent purchase had a defect. On contacting Benks support, I am happy to say that they care for their customers.
A new phone cover already being processed by them. Good quality products and fantastic service.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. Refuses to resolve the damaged delivery item, I can't use and out of pocket. I have written to their customer care department, and yet no answer or reply or resolution. Buyer beware, buying at your own peril when dealing with this Chinese company; once they have your money, that's it. I am now going to open a claim via my payment method.

I bought a case for my iPhone 16 Pro

I bought a case for my iPhone 16 Pro; it took almost a month to arrive! And when it finally did, it had serious quality issues — there were glue residues (which I couldn’t remove) around the MagSafe area. I don’t recommend it.

Durable, Good Looking & Super Handy – Love This Set

I recently picked up the Benks 600D series — the phone case, 10,000 mAh power bank, and MagSafe wallet — and I’m really impressed.

The 600D design looks sleek, minimal, and very premium. All three items have the same finish, so they match perfectly when used together, giving a very clean and consistent look.

The phone case feels solid yet slim, offering great protection without making the phone bulky. The power bank is compact but powerful, easily handling a full day’s charge, and the MagSafe connection is strong and reliable. The MagSafe wallet snaps on securely, feels durable, and the design complements the phone case really well.

Overall, the build quality is excellent, the design is stylish, and everything feels very durable. If you’re looking for accessories that balance function, durability, and aesthetics, this Benks 600D set is definitely worth it.

As with many Chinese online shops

As with many Chinese online shops, the real problems start once you try to return an item. Even in a clear case where the product simply does not fit, the customer support refuses to resolve the issue—relying on illogical explanations, repetitive copy-paste replies, and making you feel as if you were the problem. It becomes an exhausting back-and-forth until you eventually give up and discard the item just to protect your nerves. I strongly advise caution with this shop. In my opinion, it is one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had and borders on fraud.

Awful customer support.

I asked them how long the case would take for a pre-order because I am traveling. I said I may have to cancel unless they can give me some sort of time line. No response just canceled my order and no response.

I ordered the Benks full set for my Z…

I ordered the Benks full set for my Z Fold 7.
The first delivery went missing, but when I contacted Benks support, they replied quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle.

Now I’m so happy — my smartphone finally has ultra-slim protection all around, even the hinge is covered, while still maintaining a sleek, slim profile.

It is drop-shipped from China

It is drop-shipped from China - overpriced Chinese case that is completely not worth it. It took a month to receive it and I feel cheated because I was under impression the product is made in Canada, which is not. I don't even believe that people mentioned in their bios even real. A complete scam

Bad case worse company.

I bought a Galaxy Fold 7 case for my new phone. It is basically the same case as Allied Express; it has QC issues, and the magnet is misaligned to the left. The holes for the mics are not cut correctly. I emailed Benks asking for an exchange or refund and was told they don't do that. I have now had to do a chargeback on my CC. They could have avoided all of this with an exchange. They chose to go against their website's return and warranty policy. Stay away from this fraudulent company at all costs.

Avoid like the plague

Their 'fabric' case feels just as cheap as it is. It's just a piece of coloured cheap plastic. Also, their AR screen protector is useless. It is highly reflective and you can forget about using your fingerprint sensor.

All this junk for $70!! Highway robbery!

I have purchased from Benks before with…

I have purchased from Benks before with no issue. However on my last purchase I have sent emails for cancellation and no reply. Reading other reviews their communication and customer service is none existence. Shame all the paid YouTubers that promote Thier products don't mention this.

Ignored Cancellation Request and Shipped Anyway – Now I’m Stuck with Return Costs

I ordered a phone case from Benks on July 17. After waiting over 10 days with no shipment, I contacted them on July 27 asking to cancel the order. They ignored my request and responded much later that night saying they would be shipping it “today.” which would fall under July 28th.

I followed up again the next morning, July 28, again asking for cancellation, explaining I no longer had the phone. They didn’t reply until July 29 — after they had shipped the item telling me it was “too late to cancel” and that if I wanted to return it, I’d have to pay freight shipping back to China myself.

They admit that if I reject the delivery, the product will be destroyed, and I won’t be refunded.

This is unacceptable customer service. I canceled before they shipped, they ignored it, and now I’m being penalized with high return costs for a product I don’t even need as i returned the phone it supported.

I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you're okay with long delays, ignored cancellations, and paying expensive return shipping for their mistakes.

Bad quality

Bought an iPhone case with buzzwords like “Kevlar” “armor”, the corner cracked within a week of use (or maybe when I put in on, didn’t notice until I felt an uneven bump in the upper corner). I haven’t even dropped my phone, this is probably coming from me looking at it wrong. I contacted Benks and they said it’s a result of daily wear and tear. For this kind of money I suggest you buy ten Temu covers instead, probably would be the same quality.

Disappointed customer, no help from the Benks customer support team

Do not buy from this company. I receieved the wrong product (wrong color), and quickly contacted Benks support team about the issue. No response. After a month of using the 3-in-1 charing station I realized my Apple Watch was overheating and constantly waking up from sleep when charging. I contacted Benks again about the warranty issue and requested a refund. No response.

Don't waste you time and money with these products and terrible support team. Amazon has cheaper options and a better customer support team.
