Excellent service from start to Finish from office staff to drivers. All very pleasant and nice to deal with. We were greeted by a lovely guy at Alicante Airport who was welcoming and helpful which was much appreciated by all 6 of us as we arrived late on our first visit to benidorm. Our return driver was also lovely even messaged us to see if we wanted an earlier pick up as the weather was bad on the day and we were out and about dragging luggage. This was also very much appreciated. We would all highly reccomend Benibus

Excellent service!!! used last week to and from the Airport. Both drivers were every friendly and full of information as needed. Easy to book service and punctual. Drivers kept in touch with us before pick up and were very helpful with luggage also. Would highly recommend and will use this service again when we come back.

Driver Ian is just amazing. Transport right on time and he is so patience and nice. I booked 6 different transfers for company that was coming over. All was well organized and great communications.
I can highly recommend Benibus for your transport and would book them again without a doubt.

The best service from Benibus! Excellent communication from both drivers, detailed info re pick-up/drop-off points, including pins/photos. Large, comfortable vehicles with plenty of space for luggage. Perfectly on time. Drivers were lovely, enjoyed the chat with Ian on the return journey to the airport!! Will be using next time we visit, thank you 🙂

Absolutely amazing service provided by these guys, communication was excellent from start to finish. The transport was clean and comfy and both drivers were very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble even when they had to wait for a couple of people in our party who was running a little late. Overall top service and will definitely use them again.

Such lovely friendly helpful service from all We have spoken to Addy and head office who are brilliant, We Had a great guy called Tom who picked us up very last minute today..we always travel with Benibus and will carry on using them they are the best we highly recommend, great service and great people we are going home on Sunday and are using them again to the airport.

Well done on both ends. Lauri in particular was fantastic getting us to the train station in Alicante during rush hour.
