UNRELIABLE. BAD EXPERIENCE.

I paid them to pick up an item. They delivered an incomplete item even though I gave a full description of what is to be picked up. I called the customer service and he told me it is my fault even though I explained in the order of what was supposed to be picked up.

This is a very bad experience and the worst is that the item is expensive. Pictures of what to be picked up and description was uploaded, yet they bear no responsibility for the mistake. You are on your own if you use them!
