Excellent customer service and fabulous product

Very impressed with this company. I ordered a photo frame online... then (stupidly!) changed my mind! I phoned Benerini and they answered straight away. They updated my order with my new choice and instantly refunded the difference to my account. Within a few minutes I received an email to say it had been despatched and less than 2 days later, it’s arrived. The frame itself is beautiful and very well made. Packaged beautifully and will make a lovely gift. Thank you - I highly recommend this company.
