Process was pretty smooth to purchase. However, upon receiving the tickets you have to log into a website where the tickets can't be added to the Apple Wallet!?!? This means there is a high chance o... See more

Beneplace does not care about customer service. They spit in your face by outsourcing their customer service to India, so good luck going through any communications for adjustments to your purchases.
They absolutely refuse to refund your money because of "policies". They're quick to take more of your money though!
One top of not getting your money back, you get punished for adjusting any purchases. They charge you money for that too. They'll like it if you give up though, because they get your money for free.
I don't recommend doing any business with these people, or any third party bookers for that matter. It complicates the process and when a problem shows up, suddenly neither the agency nor your airline are to blame. You'll buy yourself into a complex money-laundering scheme.

There were $30+ "fees" charged for no reason. To test the difference between my employee discount and the standard cost on the Universal Studios website I added both to the cart and found that the discount for purchasing through beneplace was offset by "fees" that were not charged by Universal Studios directly. In other words, there was almost no difference in cost because of these "fees" that are not explained.

Beneplace replied to my 1st review by asking me to contact their Company. In doing so, rep Bryan would not understand my problem asking several times was I trying to purchase something. Per Bryan, Supervisors are in a meeting. They refuse to properly account my transaction as hotel/lodging, rather than merchandise. Therefore I am losing points on my Capitalone Credit Card. Both refuse to correct their wrong as said in the last review. Beneplace - code transactions properly and stop lazy, misguided accounting practices.

When opening the tab to buy concert tickets, a popup window told me to enter a code "THANKYOU10" at checkout to receive 10% off. At checkout I entered the code, and it would not apply the discount, saying it was not an active code.

When I arrived to receive the rental car I was told that I did not have a reservation and there were no vehicles available.

The price which I booked here is the displayed the same in enterprise and they are not giving for the same price. They are charging their own price. It's not useful booking from Beneplace.

There was NO flow at checkout. Despite the lag time with connecting PayPal, I still had to use my credit card and not the payment method of my choice. At final checkout, the error message of "unable to process" kept appearing, even after cookies were cleared.

Very disappointed to get this message after finalizing the transaction: An additional resort fee of $24.74 will be added to the nightly room rate and charged at the hotel.
Why this information was not provided before booking the hotel, and why it is not included in the total price, seems like a dishonest business practice!

Horrific experience. Four times I’ve called them because my reservations have still not been made. Each time I’ve been given a different hotel confirmation number, all of which were not valid. They gave me a fake name of hotel front desk employee. I’ve called hotel to verify. No such employee. They’ll pretend to care and tell you how much they want your satisfaction, but it’s a lie and a front. They don’t care and they won’t fix anything. I have stopped payment on credit card and notified my company to block their emails. Any positive reviews you find are most likely written by their own employees.
I can’t think of a single good reason to use them.
10/31/24 Update: Don’t be fooled - Beneplace is a scam. You’ll never get what you paid for and never get your money back. Horrific experience.

Purchased flight ticket in Morning & wanted to change/cancel. Been on call since 1 hour waiting. I think they will deliberately try to have me cross 24 hr timeline so they could charge me.
WORST experience ever.
Will be recommending our leadership team to get rid of them.

I purchased the tickets today and after we purchased we got the messages that an additional resort fee of ~ $50 will be added to the room rate /day (Total of $150). This happened after the purchase was done. I called customer service and they told us it's non refundable. I would never use this again.

"An additional resort fee of $51.02 will be added to the nightly room rate and charged at the hotel" is a wild message to include AFTER a purchase is completed.

This was my first time to use this discount website from my job. It was very easy to follow. It was worth using because it was cheaper than all the other websites I looked at.

Made a rental purchase on a car for our upcoming trip. Wanted to update my return car date. And the hassle of calling dollar rental who then said it was done thru a third party ebg so I need to call them. So I did and mind you we rented a car on a Monday and just wanted to extend the return date by one LONGER meaning I have no problem paying more for this service. Same pick up day just want to spend more money and stay an extra day. The ebg agent who was listed as the contact from my bbu benefits page said they were unable to accommodate a car for us on pick up day so there was nothing she could do. Hold on we already have been giving a confirmation that our rental will be there when we land at the airport we have the confirmation number stating it is there. All we want to do is extend it one more day. The ebg agent said there would be no car for us for this accommodation. WHAT WHAT. Very frustrated

Avoid using them at all costs. Their customer service fails to assist you. I booked two different flights with them and they continued to add extra fees to each change they made when flights changed and when they made my seats with my kids disappear I waited weeks worh no call back from mgmt or reps to fix anything. They hang up on you after waiting half hour. Worse flight booking ever. Avoid booking, not worth claimed benefit ad they add more fees and false promises with hand ups and no returns.

I put in a corporate discount code and then it prompted that I missed putting the name of the person checking in and it took away the discount code and charged me the full price

Disappointing to find out that the reservation was set and then got a call from the location saying they didn't have any cars available and had to cancel my reservation.
