They Will Take Your Money and Ghost You
Let me save you some pain: never, ever buy tickets through Beneplace. I made the mistake of purchasing Worlds of Fun tickets from them and accidentally selected the wrong date. I reached out to Beneplace to fix it immediately, but all I've gotten was months of auto-replies and zero real help.
Out of desperation, I contacted Worlds of Fun directly. They were great and refunded the tickets... but here's the catch: the refund went back to Beneplace, not me. Now, Beneplace has my money and refuses to give it back. I've provided proof, followed up countless times, and they still won't do the right thing.
Beneplace's customer service is nonexistent, and their shady practices make them a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and use literally anyone else.

I recently had a trip to Orlando I called beneplace, Beneplace told me to call EASIRENT, EASIRENT told me to called Beneplace. EASIRENT had put in for me to get a refund not only were they closed they didn’t even have the car I wanted or similar. EASIRENT Have been more than helpful even with sending them sending me the cancellation on their end with proof of email from the rental car place. Beneplace aka scam likely is not trying to give me my money. Beneplace says it’s the rental car place, when I asked do you want to do a 3 way call because that is not what I was told the representative went quiet. The supervisors have never call back. It has been almost 2 weeks and I keep getting denied. Reason saying no flight information as if that is not the option or as if I did not supply them with one later on and they could see it was delayed. I called them at 4pm as soon as I found out about the delay. At this point I am about to go to the news & attorney general. They can keep you all money but not mine. I went through all the proper channels I am not about to let $700 go.

I had trouble paying for the tickets. I repeatedly received a message that said the payment didn't match the amount due. I had to empty my cart and start again for it to work.

I reserved a hotel room for 6. I got a room for 2. They requested a cancelation and full refund because they could not supply my reservation. They sold md a deal without knowing its details. Eventually, they did not refund me claiming that the decision maker was an intermediate party that they could not undisclose. I was scammed.

dining dollars was misleading, I thought we can use it in restaurants in and around the universal studies, but all of them were telling me no, or that they are basically telling me it is sort of a scam. just give us the discount on the ticket fee, rather than dining voucher that does not work!

I bought what I thought were discounted voucher for popcorn and drinks, only to still be asked to pay the balance at the register. If I was going to pay full price, there's no point prepaying for just part of it. The experience would have been better just paying one time.
The vouchers clearly said they were for free drinks/popcorns and so I think It may have helped if the cashier had clear instructions on how to process them.

I followed your guidelines, and when you check the availability link on #2, it shows all days available in December. But the dates are different on #1. Going off the guidelines you stated and I purchased the Tier 0 tickets, and the date that I needed was not available, which doesn't match up with what you have listed on the calendar for park availability. So I had to call and spend almost an hour trying to resolve the issue. Your guidelines before purchasing needs to be corrected, remove #2 off the ticket purchase, this is inaccurate information, false leading representation.

This website is crap. I booked a hotel room in Marriott, while booking I selected 4 guests but I got a booking confirmation saying that it’s only for two guest. Though the hotel price for a night is $20 less than the other competitors but I did realized that rooms booked through Beneplace doesn’t include the breakfast. Is it really worth $20 saving on 4 people’s breakfast.
