Benchsmart are an absolute disgrace.
Money paid one month ago for a job advert to be posted.
The job is still not posted and have had no feedback despite numerous calls and emails to Jaswinder Singh, Daniel Corner and Jaime Faulkner
Customer service is absolutely appalling.
They have the cash and are not interested in providing the service that they advertise.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I wish i had googled reviews before taking up the Benchsmart offer.
They mis-sell the product they are giving you and then all customer service dissapears once the job is live. I have emailed 4 times and have been ignored everytime.

Stay away from this company unless you want ripped off

I think the earlier review said it best: This company is fraudulent and their offering is a scam. When I first set up the job posting (which is working fine on other platforms), I within a few days asked about nothing happening. Immediately I received 8-10 unrelated and unqualified resumes. I eliminated all of them, to give feedback. Again, waited a few days, and then asked for a refund when nothing happened. Again, nine resumes, all not qualified for the position and most not even looking for a similar job. When I complained and again asked for a refund, they said "this is advertizing and there are no guarantees." Hmmm. Didn't even spell advertising correctly for use in US-based ads. I will be filing a complaint with American Express.

They do not deliver what they promise. I paid £400 for an advert to be posted in multiple sites. They were quick to take my money and post the advert - unfortunately, it didn't end up on any of the job sites they had promised. They have not responded to my emails or phone calls. A complete SCAM. DO NOT USE.

Like everyone else - They won't stop spamming me! I've e-mailed 4 times to request they stop, 'unsubscribed' three times, tried their web chat twice but no reply to anything. I've no idea where they originally got my details... I've asked but guess what, no replies. Furious.

I am receiving spam from this company, several times a week I have contacted them numerous times but they just ignore my emails.

I have now set up a rule which sends their emails back to them, see how they like it.

Spamming continues and they have no consideration to stop even after notified. When I called the company to express my frustration they told me that there was no need to be harsh to them. I quickly told them that they are harassing me, and if it continues I will harass them. From now on whenever I get an email from them, I will call them and harass them.

Shocking company, keeps sending spam emails to personal email address and I am not even a company, clearly breaking GDPR rules do not trust at all.

SPAM, SPAM AND MORE SPAM FROM THESE CROOKS. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM COMPANY. PLEASE - FOR YOUR OWN SAKE - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
