Is Bemii UK a genuine sellers? Or a scam?

Order placed on 4th December and delivery was within 5 working days, I do understand a delay sometime due to external factor but I am giving this review because, there is absolutely no communication after placing the order.

The website doesn't gave any contact details to reach out except filling form which we did many times with no response.

I don't know if they are the genuine sellers, I am not sure if I have been coned here? Many questions with no answers.

I am just waiting for another few days before escalating this to next level.
