That's when they decided to make their own affordable wraps and compression products that fit. Great Company

When I first ordered the calf compression wraps, I ordered the complete wrong size!! I really tried to make them work, but they were too large. I contacted the Beltwell support and to my suprise and delight, they allowed me to keep the original order and sent me, free of charge, the correct size!! I have had them for just a few days, and the difference in my swelling is noticeable! I'm excited to see what happens with further use!!

To me it's false advertisement

To me it's false advertisement. I'm a large woman I bought the appropriate size but it's still just falls down within 20 minutes. No matter how tight I make it it just slips down. Doesn't matter who puts it on me or if I put it on myself. These just don't stay up. The part of my body I am talking about is the belt well for the thigh.

Awesome customer service!

I was a little nervous about ordering since I'd never heard of the company before, but the compression wraps I got for both my husband and I are great. I had to contact customer service because I ordered the wrong size for hubby and they we so nice and sent out replacements promptly.

Customer service and a great product means I'll be a repeat customer in the future.

Best wraps I have ever used

I really like the wraps, they make my legs feel so much better when I have them on.and it eases the pain in my legs so much. And right know it helping with the itching and swelling of my calf.

My wrap is made well good construction

My wrap is made well good construction. Company got the wrap to me quickly. Only problem I have is I ordered from other companies in the past they all ran small so I ordered the biggest one and I think I should have went down a size or two. I def. feel a difference and see a difference from wearing wrap. I will order more in the future.

I ordered foot wraps that are too…

I ordered foot wraps that are too large. Two workers from Beltwell emailed me, then never followed up. I have asked how to return the wraps and get a refund. Customer service is not helpful. My plan is now to file a complaint with PayPal.

I purchased the lymph motion cream and…

I purchased the lymph motion cream and absolutely love it. It is smooth, absorbs quickly without any scent. My legs and feet are nourished and no longer itch.
A little goes a long way so I will be a satisfied customer…until I reorder!

Take care, check measurements and confirm with the team first

Ordered the lymphoAir full-leg air compression super boots - they are a one size fits all, the size chart clearly states that it fits calves up to 30 inches and thighs up to 40 inches. Well the product arrived, the thigh area is only a max size of 30inches, so its 10inches smaller than what they advertise. I reached out to them, they have tried to gas light me telling me the following:

We understand that the discrepancy in size can be frustrating, especially when it affects the usability of the product. Please allow me to clarify that the size specifications we provide indicate that the 30 inches refers to the circumference around the thigh circumference. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

To resolve this issue, we would like to offer you the following options:

Exchange: We can arrange for a replacement item that may better suit your needs. I would be happy to recommend alternative products that could work for you.
Partial Refund: We would like to offer you a 30% partial refund, allowing you to keep the product. This option is quicker and saves you the hassle and cost of shipping the item back.
Please let us know which option you prefer, and we will ensure that it is processed as quickly as possible. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding."

The founder of the company reached out to me on 03/08/2025, apologising for being misled by their marketing on their website, they have taken full responsibility for my bad experience and arranged for a full refund of the product in question. I can confirm that I am impressed with how swiftly they have arranged to return the funds to me in full. Please note, i actually purchased other items on top of this and those items were absolutely fine, so in lieu of whats happend, i am changing my experience from a 1-star to a 4-star as they have shown to be trustworthy however, know that they can do better in future.

HORRIBLE Customer Service & Deceptive Return Policy

0/5 Stars - if I could give NEGATIVE stars I would!

I purchased products totaling nearly $200, but the design was terrible and completely impractical for daily use. The items were too complicated and cumbersome to be functional.

The Problem:
Their website clearly states a "60-day return policy" with "full refund" for returns. However, when I contacted them for a standard return within this timeframe, they offered only 50% refund plus demanded 50% of the purchase price for return shipping costs - none of which is mentioned anywhere in their published policy.

What Actually Happened:
-Initial offer: 50% refund + expensive return shipping
-After I referenced their own policy: 70% refund to "keep the items"
-Never offered the full refund their website promises

Red Flags:
-Return policy on website doesn't match actual practice
-Classic bait & switch - advertise generous terms, then make returns difficult/expensive
-High-pressure tactics to accept partial refunds
-"Return shipping costs" that equal 50% of purchase price
-Won't provide prepaid return labels despite policy suggesting full returns

Bottom Line:
This is the epitome of a deceptive business practice. I'm reporting them to the FTC and BBB for false advertising. While I eventually accepted a partial refund to avoid further hassle, don't expect to get your full money back if products don't work for you despite what their website promises. And trust me, I will be getting lawyers to get the 70% refund I'm owed as they are now no longer returning my emails. As a former journalist for nearly two decades, I was born to deal with deception like this.

Would I buy again? Absolutely not. Shop elsewhere.
