I had 3 fraudulent charges on my card right after submitting my order here. Had to cancel my card and order a new one.

Like everyone else, I was making a $18.95 purchase and at the end they asked if I wanted shipping insurance for $9.99 I clicked no and nothing happened and clicked it again, and nothing happened so I got out of the site, and then I get a fraud alert on my credit card immediately with a confirmation email from them about my purchase for $28.96. SCAMMERS

I ordered a dash cam on 4/16.Today is 4/30 and I still have not received it.I have emailed over 10 times and I am getting no satisfaction. They created another order that I did not place ,totaling 41.98.I complained about it and was issued 2 credit of 9.99 ea.Very poor service, they hang up on you.

I wanted a cleaner for my Cpap machine and a list of products came up and Belro was listed. I should of known this was too good to be true. The cleaner was discounted and had great reviews plus one day delivery & free shipping. Of course this was deceptive because I was charged twice for shipping insurance $9.95 even though I said "no thanks". The delivery is now suppose to take at least 6-10 days and wish I would of read the reviews about this company first. I had to call them ASAP to refund the 9.95 and they said it could take a few days. I'm worried now the product itself is worthless from the comments I read from the other customers. Also, they signed me up for a rewards program which I never agreed to and had to tell Belro to cancel this..time will tell if this really happens ?

Terrible. They sent the wrong item, then made me pay to send it back. In the meantime, they took $39.99 out of my bank account without my consent which caused my card to be flagged and blocked. Countless emails have been sent demanding my money back. It has been almost 2 weeks and not $1 has been refunded to my bank. These people are scammers BAD.

Tells you refund sent to bank never received. Do not deal with this company!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company, total scam. They added $9.95 shipping insurance even when I tried to skip it. I was lucky, that my CC company sent me fraud alert. I tried to contact the company to stop the order, but they just hang up on me. Now I'm waiting for the new credit card.

It was a pleasure to deal with these people especially Ryan & he was very professional!

They are selling people shoes from Temu and marking them up 300%. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these scammers. Avoid them at all cost. I waited 3 weeks for some shoes that cost 19 dollars on Temu. I've contacted them and haven't heard back from them. I even sent them a picture of the shoes off Temu website.

TOTAL RIPOFF! Overcharged and shipped nothing! Only partially refunded and had to dispute the charge! They deserve zero stars!

I ordered 2 knee braces and they said delivery would be 6-10 business days. After I hit submit I got nailed with a $9.95 charge for a 2 year warranty. I tried to delete it but you can't delete it. I am still waiting for the braces to arrive. I was told by Belro when I asked that I needed to contact Cole (Online shop). Iwas told that Swiftx delivered the items ordered on 4/12 under SWX302470000043048952. I was told to check around my house exterior. I did...nothing was received. I requested a full refund and was told by Cole that they had proof it was delivered and no refund would be issued. I found something else which I received from a very reliable company in 3 days.

This company automatically put fraudulent charges on my card and then continued to try and charge me after the purchase. They are associated with Venier which does the same thing.
Take your money elsewhere or you will have to cancel your credit card from all the fraud charges.
Also their customer service is one guy who screams at you and calls you stupid and insults you.

Ordered the Eagle Lawn Ornament. It was not even close to the one represented on their webpage. Tried to leave a review on their site to warn others. I was able to make comments, but they have the site locked down so I could ONLY leave a 5 Star review. The raving 5 Star reviews on the page are copied and pasted and I don't believe any of them. The site is filled with misrepresentations of products. Zero Stars for Belroshop.com
One Star for the excellent Support. They picked up within 6 minutes. After I said the words Eagle Lawn Ornament the support person finished my sentence with, "... and you want a refund." Within 1 minute he processed a return and said I would have an email within 24 hrs to process the refund.

Took quite a long time for delivery. They are nothing like advertised, and the picture is deceptive. They are hard, non-orthopedic with no arch support. They have a horrible chemical smell.
DO NOT BUY THESE SANDALS!! It is a SCAM

Zero star, they show pictures and details on there website than send you an entire different product, than when you ask for a refund they try to scam your card out of 34.95 for a membership that you never agreed to or asked for.

I ordered a milk frother, which was represented as being $55.97, free shipping, arriving in one day. They immediately added $10, supposedly for "priority processing," which was never disclosed before I ordered. Then they gave a different company name (zap-something) to my bank, which produced a fraud notice and my credit card was canceled. AVOID this company.

Company is a LEGIT scam. Ordered a dog toy that was marked down to $11 from $22. Went to checkout price was still $22, refreshed the screen went to $11. Took a screenshot, just in case. Checked out, 2 charges for $22 from 2 DIFFERENT companies IMMEDIATELY appeared on my card.

They lied about shipping date, applied extra charges, failed to refund after cancellation, and extremely rude customer service. Don’t buy from these people.

They somehow got my credit card information and tried to charge me $39.95. I had to decline the charge with my credit card company and report them as fraud. Beware!!!
