I had a very frustrating experience working with this company managing my 2BR property in Seattle. Over more than a year, I dealt with unexpected charges, lack of transparency around repairs, and repeated issues between tenants. I was billed for repairs without proper itemized receipts and had to spend significant time escalating concerns.
After tenants moved out, there were also delays and gaps in follow-through, which added to the financial and operational impact on my end.
After I posted my review, someone from their senior team reached out and conducted a detailed review of my case. They acknowledged certain issues (including incorrect parking charges and a failed repair) and provided a partial reimbursement, which I accepted.
I do appreciate and specially mention Tami Silks from the member relations team that she took the time to review things thoroughly and work toward a resolution. That said, it required considerable effort and follow-ups from my side to get there. There was also an expectation to update the review as part of closing the loop, which I’m doing here to reflect both the original experience and the eventual resolution.
My takeaway:
* Initial experience: frustrating, with limited transparency
* Resolution: concerns were acknowledged and partially addressed
