My experience with Belong has been positive overall, particularly in terms of communication and accountability from their Member Success team.
While there were some initial misunderstandings during the leasing and application process, the team took ownership quickly, clarified the situation, and worked toward resolving the issues. My concierge, Sam, has been responsive, empathetic, and proactive in escalating concerns to management and keeping me informed along the way.
What Belong does well is maintaining open communication and showing a genuine willingness to resolve issues rather than deflect them. As a property owner, that transparency and follow-through matter a lot to me.

I would appreciate a resolution. Upon my walk through, I discovered:
Personal items in the garage, and scratches on the garage door (as if there may have been a squatter)
Utilities were shut off (couldn't verify if light, water, heat, etc was in working order)
A letter tapped to the door in reference to the home owner not making their mortgage payment and truist bank unable to reach them.
I am concerned, disappointed , and unsure if this rental is even valid.
I would like for this to be handle quickly. However, I can only wait in hopes I will be assisted soon.
UPDATE: Onela and Victoria have gone above and beyond to be responsive and communicative with regards to our concerns. We have additional items to be addressed but feel confident that through continued collaboration, all of our issues will be rectified as the customer service offered has been exceptional.

I'm very satisfied with the customer service provided by Home Advisor Salvatore ("Sal"), and the other representatives Alexandra and Rebeca. They've followed-up and answered many of my detailed questions.
I applied with belong homes to be a tenant in one of their homes. I was treated with disrespect and offered a refund of the nearly $200 in application fees that they have neglected to return. Joaquin Cisneros in particular is just an awful person. Refund was offered January 5th.
